This has to be the worst purchase I ever made. It looks beautiful, too bad it doesn't do anything. I tried and owned many diffusers over the years, and this the worst, by far. The mist button is useless, nothing changes whether you press it once, 2 or 3 times. There is no mist whatsoever. None. I lifted the lid to see what's going on underneath: the vibration is so weak there's no way it will produce mist to go up the vase.Do yourself a favour and give this a miss!

This item was absolutely a awful , I would not recommend this as a gift or house item , I was not happy. I gave it as a Christmas gift and the item did not work ! I do not recommend this product . 0 from me

after 2 days hardly any vapour even on the high setting

Compared to some of the other pictures mine arrived with a much weaker flow of vapour. Light and control settings seemed to work fine. Manufacture just copied and pasted the instruction manual to me when I told them clearly "at the highest setting it's still too weak to fill a room with any scent". It's a shame as it looks very pretty but the internal diffuser is just your usual cheap made device.

The media could not be loaded.  This essential oil diffuser worked just fine right out of the box. It comes with all the pieces needed. It is very simple to open it up, pour some water and a few drops of essential oil in and get it going. Of course it has yet another custom power cord that doesn't have any label on it to tell you what it goes with. If you lose the cord or get it mixed up with other random power cords it may be a challenge to replace it or figure out what the right power cord is.Everything functions as you would expect. Once you pour in the water and oil of your choice, just turn it on and within a minute or two you can see the steam rising up out of the ceramic (or whatever it is) outer shell that does over the plastic interior. The interior is all plastic so it may or may not be very durable but so far it has worked without issue.Given some of the other very negative reviews, I'm not sure if I would risk buying this but my experience has been 100% positive when using this device so far.

I purchased this at the end of 2021. It has already stopped working after light use-around a couple of times a month.

In the living room, I keep several diffusers because I want that part of the house to smell good all the time. In the bedroom and bathroom, I like the smaller capacity diffusers because they do not overwhelm the room This diffuser is beside my bed and emits a very nice fragrance, I use a few drops of Bath and Bodyworks Wallflower fragrance The capacity is perfect for my needs at 150 ml. I don't use this every day but when I do, it lasts a long time before it shuts off. Yes, it does shut off when the water level gets low which means I do not have to think about it. If you place it beside the bed, it does make soft clicking noises but they did not keep me awake. I only noticed when I would turn over, or right as I was falling asleep.

I have two other aromatherapy diffusers that I'll be using to compare to this model. In terms of appearance, I love the subdued look of this model as it blends in with pretty much any decor and works well in a general living area.It has 3 settings for "on/off": 1) constant on 2) on/off rotation every 30 seconds 3) off. I'm not really sure why you would want the on/off rotation, but it's there. I always just leave mine on constant.There are 3 settings for intensity: medium (default), low, high. I actually prefer low in this case, as the aroma is still very intense (it fills a very large middle floor in my home very quickly) and the instructions claim the water/oil will last up to 10 hours on this setting.There is also a nice white/warm LED that can be turned on/off. A nice touch. Basically functions as a small accent light or nightlight.My only real complaint about this diffuser is the lack of any setting indicators. For example, it's hard/impossible to know if you have it set for constant-on or 30second/on/off without sitting there and waiting. And the same goes for Medium/Low/High settings (this is the order that they are selected in, by the way). My solution has just been to unplug it for a moment, then plug it back in, to completely reset everything. While after some use you get used to this and get better at remembering what you have/haven't clicked, some tiny LED indicators for these settings would be greatly appreciated.Overall I do enjoy this diffuser and will continue to use it in my living area. Just really wish it had some sort of indicators so I'd take off 1 star for this.

Does not work. The only thing that works is the light. Waste of money
