My favorite little book and gift for little girls!

Cute!

This book was another hit with my princess-obsessed twins (aged 3). We picked up another book in this series, Goodnight Pirate but one sharp-eyed girl spotted Goodnight Princess on the back cover and demanded we order it. Like Goodnight Pirate this is a riff on Goodnight Moon, a young girl gradually says goodnight to her toys, dresses and princess fantasies and finally goes to bed. It's a quick and fun read, not much there for parents, but girls who are of the 'princess' age will like it.

This is my 3-year-old daughter's favorite book. She chooses to listen to it every night and keeps trying to put it in her bed. I won't let her sleep with it. It is adorable and has good cadence. I just wish we knew where the cat went. The kitty is on page 4-8 or so, not at the beginning nor end. :/

Interesting series. Hard sketching for my little girl themed step stool but do-able for 3-yr olds.

Became a favourite as soon as we gave it to my daughter (18 months at the time). She loves looking for the kitty. Cute book, not exactly amazingly written but little girls will love it.
