Real Relax Neck Traction Device with Heating for Relieving Neck Pain

I have used a lot of devices to help alleviate the tightness and discomfort in my shoulder/neck area caused by my many years of being a competitive athlete. Since I could not afford the amount of physical therapy required and I did not want to use the amount medication needed, I had just had to suffer with my issue.Two (2) days ago that all changed. My wife saw an ad for this device and I purchased it. It is very, very easy to use. I set mine up on the floor because of the hard surface (I do not know how well it would work on a surface such as a bed or couch). After four (4) 15 minute sessions, my tightness and pain has significantly been reduce. All of the devices functions work very well. I was very impressed by the electro-stim. There are 12 levels and I'm feeling it at level 3.I sure hope this device continues to deliver what it already it has in these few days

I work from home on a computer or phone all day. So my neck is killing me from that position. This machine has really helped. Now if I would just use it consistently I would be great.

Not very comfortable hurts me when I use it. I no longer use this device I would like a refund

I tried this product at my physical therapy clinic and fell in love. I ordered the EXACT same product and mine came in the same exact packaging as my therapist's did. The instructions in mine said to rotate the device in a different orientation than my therapist had me do at my previous appt. I tried it the way the instructions said it was less comfortable but I thought "this is what it says is correct...." I went to my appt and relayed this to my therapist and she conferred with her coworkers and they concluded that they are very very sure that the instructions included in the box are wrong, and that they way they were trained to administer this device is correct. So, if you're not sure if it's oriented right, maybe flip it around and see if that feels better and works better for you.

I wanted to get something for my neck after I found out I had herniated discs. Looking at the technique and reviews I was impressed at all the features it offered. I figured if one of its techniques isn't good enough, perhaps the other features would work.Setting it up was pretty easy, and after trying it I was pretty impressed. The shock thing takes a while to get used to, but I'm glad it has it.It's too early to say if it will cure all my pain, but so far I like what is happening. Although I am still sore, it seems the intensity of the pain has dissipated. I will continue to use it as I feel it is making excellent progress.

This product is great. It relaxes the neck and and help correct the arch we need at the back of one’s neck. It is very easy to use. Anyone who sits at the computer for a long time should use this to stretch their necks to prevent injuries and tension. Must put in a hard flat surface though. I give it 4 star only because it clams to have traction function but this product is not really for traction.

I'm very disappointed with the up-and-down "traction" action. (1) The up-and-down isn't continuous or smooth; it goes up - - stops for about ~15 seconds - - then it goes down and stops for about ~15 seconds (no option for continuous motion). (2) The up position doesn't go up high enough. The lack of continuous motion and lack of height make this virtually useless for me. I'd return it if I hadn't waited so long to open the box. I'm going to try to resell it on Facebook Marketplace to recoup some of the $$ I lost.

Takes a little getting used to, but does what it is supposed to. I notice im really tense so I do have to stay on it for two sessions to get the full effect. Love this product!! So worth the money. I just turn up the meditation music, turn my lights down, bun up my hair and its time to relax ;)
