Great Backpack!

Whether for everyday or travel this backpack has ample of storage for all of your needs; chargers, devices, papers. The best part is the padded laptop sleeve that's built in - very protective and makes airport security checks a breeze!

Non-Existent Customer Service

Don't waste your time with this company. Even though the company boasts a 3-year warranty on these bags, the stitching starts falling apart on the straps after about 18 months and the company IGNORES ALL EMAILS sent to them in attempts to get warranty repair/replacement. Yeah, it's a nice pack (probably the nicest I've ever owned, except for the stitching issue), but definitely NOT worth the money. It's no wonder Apple stopped selling them in their stores.

Perfect Bag! As advertised and No Issues! (*AT FIRST* BUYER BEWARE)

5/08/13I was in the market for a new laptop bag and happen to stop into the Apple store for another reason. I noticed this bag while waiting and I instantly knew this bag was what I had been looking for. I'm more than pleased with the product.... it has lots of storage area with a slim construction and a very sturdy feeling with comfort. Do your research5/30/13I unfortunately have to follow up with a negative review, shortly after writing a positive one. After packing my laptop into the bag with a few other essentials the zipper on the second largest compartment started to snag. The same day one of the two zippers pulls actually broke. My bag wasn't over loaded so it was alarming, needless to say, especially since it was only day one of receiving the bag. I liked the bag so much I ignored the defect and continued living life. A few weeks later and the problem has only got worse. I now have to contact the seller and try and get a new bag or a refund. The same zipper has gotten worse and snags in two areas making it a hassle to open and close.I have since went and spent the extra money I had planned to save and bought the bag at a local Apple store. None of the same problems as before

Minor Mistakes That Shouldn't Happen

A quick preface. I'm very picky with my backpacks. It's the one item I have with me nearly every day of the week. It carries my life and and I need it to be not only functional, it's got to look cool. Having said that, this backpack has a "cool" factor, but it falls down in design in two minor places, that scream to me that the people who designed this don't shop for bags much (or they do, but they are so in love with their own designs that they are wearing blinders.)First the good: Lots of space. Zippers on main pockets open very easily. Padding around laptop is excellent. Now the bad (and I admit these may not be a problem for other people): 1) There is no clip to hang your keys off of. Every bag I've ever owned has a key hook in it so I don't have to fish into a dark bag to find my car keys. This somehow got forgotten in this bag. 2) While the vast majority of zippers open very easy, the zippers on the two pockets that are located on the sides of the bag get caught when you zip them up. I tend to only have one hand free when I'm going into pockets and if I can't zip the pockets back up (and it's a hassle to zip them down) then I won't use the pockets. The part that is really confusing is that the reason they won't go down is because there is a liner in the pocket in case you want to leave the thing unzipped and put a bottle of water in there, which on paper seems like a great idea, until you try to zip it up and it gets caught. Hard to believe this got past the designers and I'm the first person to notice this.Anyway, I'm sadly gonna return the bag. It's a nice bag, but I need everything to work right or it doesn't work for me.

I LOVE this bag

With one exception, I LOVE this bag. The size is great and expands nicely if you need to add files, folders, headphones, etc. when traveling. When you're simply headed to the office (ie. with a laptop and basic accessories) its nice and small. Straps are comfortable (although strap adjustors are a bit on the long side, but easily slide into openings in the stitching to stay out of the way). Pockets and organization are a good mix of helpful and "not in the way" to allow you to throw things in when in a hurry. Its comfortable and easy to carry by the top if needed.I've had this for many years and still love it. My complaint is the plastic on the top handle. When it breaks/cracks, it seems to go quickly and create other breaks... the kind that unexpectedly pinch your fingers sharply when you're least expecting it. -- That said, I've easily gotten 5+ years out of this bag and would buy it again.

Great bag

This is the second one of these I've purchased. I bought it as a replacement for when the original bag wears out. I've been using this bag now for three years and it has been great. It has pockets sufficient for everything I need to take with me when traveling. I love for getting through airport security.

Inflated Price

The backpack is great, but this company is ripping you off. Level 8 sells this, as does the Apple Store, for $100.
