*EDIT* After leaving my first review I was quickly reached out to by the customer service team! They looked into my ticket and apologized for the delay, a glitch in the system had caused them to not be notified of my reply to their email with the data they requested. They reviewed it and sent out a replacement right away! It arrived quickly and my son is back to loving his favorite toy! I also received a hand written letter from the customer service agent who emailed me after my first review. It was verry thoughtful and a wonderful touch. All in all my son (and our entire household for that matter) love playing with this remote control car! It is by far my favorite that we have ever had, even with the malfunction! The customer service team was courteous, friendly, and responded promptly. They did what was necessary to make the situation right and went above and beyond expectations. I would highly recommend this product. The product itself is small, great for indoors. Does lots of cool tricks, keeping kids entertained without just crashing into things. Has a rechargeable battery with a decent life span. It is also very easy to use, where as some trick cars are complicated and take some getting use to this is very straight forward. Great car, son loved it. It’s his favorite thing and he picked it out himself, he earned it by getting all A’s! After having the car for about 2 weeks it stopped working properly. I reached out to customer support. They emailed back quickly and started a “ticket” for the issue and we haven’t heard from them since which was almost 2 weeks ago now I think.

It's a super cool RC car. Speedy, maneuverable, and capable of turning into a tornado! The tornado effect looks fantastic especially in the dark. It is very visible with its lights. The car is also sturdy and can survive most impacts without a problem. This car needs fairly flat and level ground to do its best work. It can offroad somewhat, but at night when the grass is wet, it has difficulty getting far in the grass. It can right itself and free itself from most stuck positions, but really performs best on compacted dirt, small gravel, and paved surfaces. I also discovered it works really well on my trampoline, and a trampoline mat is a great shape and size for a combat robot arena. I may have a go at modifying the tires to make them taller and grippier. I think this car could hold its own in amateur RC combat! It can dodge like crazy and when it gets spinning, it can land some good hits. It also seems quite strong defensively, despite its mechanical intricacy. As mentioned earlier, it's survived some falls from waist height with no problem at all. This item will be a great gift, especially for people who have access to a lot of high-quality paved area to drive this on. I'm keeping mine and will be using it for some fun projects! I think I'll build some wooden tracks and ramps to go around my yard so it has a course to drive around in. It doesn't have much torque but it can definitely climb ramps.

However, the joy of controlling this high-performance car was short-lived as the remote control suddenly stopped working, leaving me unable to fully enjoy the product. Edit: I couldn’t be more impressed with the customer service! When I encountered a small issue with my order, they reacted quickly and professionally. Not only did they resolve the issue, but they also went above and beyond by sending me a brand new toy car as a gesture of goodwill. My son absolutely loves it! This experience has definitely made me a loyal customer. Highly recommend! 🌟

Ok to be fair when I bought this and opened it up for my son less than a year and a half old he was SO stoked about this car. The sun wasn't down yet so I pulled all the blinds and pulled the blackout curtains so he could experience the magic. The lights on the car awesome fun and bright. The car itself sturdy and maneuverable. I will say for some reason the car just never can go straight for more than like 8 ft. Eventually it starts to take a turn. Though the battery on my first car konked out after a month and a half the company was kind enough to help me with a replacement which was awesome. My son now a year and a half, loves his car and usually hands me the controller for mama to drive it and he sits on my lap to watch. He totally gets a kick out of it and so do i. (First review) I purchased on Aug 30 so received it beginning of September. The battery within the car is already not holding a charge as of middle of October. It was such a fun toy at the start but my son is bummed every single time he wants to drive it. we can't use it any more. Less than 2 months of use. Need a replacement.

I ordered this remote control car for my son for Christmas. It was great for a few days, but unfortunately the cable broke so we could no longer charge it. I contacted the company and they were quick to respond. They offered to send a replacement cable, free of charge. I received the cable quickly and my son is thrilled to play with his car again. I would highly recommend this RC car and company (for their excellent customer service), just be extra careful with the cable and how it connects. It breaks easily. The car itself is great. It can spin, flip, and do many other tricks. It also lights up which is neat at night. This has worked a lot better and longer than other cars my 8 year old has played with. Seems more durable than others. Time will tell...

Initially I was very happy with the purchase. My son loved the car and his little brother and he had a blast playing with it but sorry to say the toy didn’t live up to the park expectations it broke just after few days. I don’t know what happened but one of the wheel is just jam and won’t move. We went on vacation and now when I am trying to return it says my return window is closed. I am really dissatisfied and disappointed. UPDATED: After the review the company got in touch with me and not only did they provide me a refund of the original toy and also went above and beyond and send me a new replacement and also another gift. My son was thrilled and I was surely impressed by the customer service. Just because of there extra ordinary customer service and the concern they showed me I am changing my initial rating of 3 stars to 5 stars. I am very impressed thank you.

One side has no power and it’s producing a burning smell. It will only spin in a circle at half power because only one side works. At first I thought it wasn’t fully charged so I charged it until the red light went off. Next I thought it wasn’t fully charged due to the carpet. I placed it on a tile floor and it still doesn’t work. I purchased this for my grandsons birthday. Lucky fo me he’s 2 and doesn’t realize I bought him a useless toy but buyer beware. Looking at reviews now, I see that this has happened to others. I don’t expect the quality of a $100 rc car out of a $20 Chinese toy but I do expect my purchases to function as advertised. I’m disappointed and I could’ve really let a child down if he’d been old enough to know the difference. I read other reviews with the same problem. Update: I exchanged it for a fully functioning one and this one is really cool. It runs over other toys. If you run it into a wall it flips and comes away unharmed. You can make it flip in the middle of the floor and the spinning trick is really cool. Unfortunately you have to take your chances because my experience is 50/50 that you get a good one. I’ll increase my rating to 3 based on the fact that it’s really cool (on day 1) if you are one of the lucky recipients of a fully functioning item.

Waste of money because this car was working perfectly for 1 month and then the side part of the car is not functioning no matter what I do please don’t buy I regret buying it now.😢
