Seems to be a very powerful tool and the soft start is absolutely essential. Gets a bit weighty after prolonged use. Would not have completed the task without it. Always use extreme caution and all safety considerations.

This Wolf grinder is a really sturdy piece of kit. Solid and powerful and yet a lovely slow start up. A real professional tool that should last a long time. The only down side is the weight, a touch on the heavy side.

I had a number of cuts to make in masonry that required the largest diameter blade.With the blade supplied, it slices through granite cleanly and easily.I liked the soft start. Other cutters I used many years ago had a massive kick to them, making a precise start difficult until the cutter reached full speed. I was able to start with the blade making a manageable cut, right where I needed it.It was cheaper for me to buy the cutter than employ a builder with his own cutter.

Cutting concrete, strong powerful, bit on the heavy side, but I guess that’s coz it’s built strong!!

Bought to cut up bricks. Ended up cutting out large amounts of concrete. Heavy to use but handles everything I have thrown at it with ease. Even comes with a diamond cutting blade. Great value
