Can you install this once the pool is filled without draining it down?

It would be difficult to install once the pool is filled - it is possible but I would not recommended

Does Pentair make a plug for winterizing the pool? I'm reluctant to leave the light unit in over winter.

I normally take the bulb out and lower the water to below the bulb without plugging the hole. I have also left the bulb in over winter which can be pretty cold in NY. Not sure if the make a plug

Does a light bulb and reflector come with this assembly or do you have to buy them seperately?

Mrs.Etheridge, What you get is a sealed replacement bulb. It fits perfectly in place of the burned out one.There no need to purchase a reflector
