Good quality product.

Thanks to Sri Sri to revive the ancient grain that is not only nutritious, easy to digest and carries simpler chain of gluten but also is very flavourful. The grain of Paigambari is rounding instead of traditional long and is a 5000 year old Indian grain that has not been tempered with. It's still the way nature created it and it is one of the best wheat option today.

I have been buying other brand of Emmer wheat but first time chose this brand. While making the dough, we can make out the gluten and also while rolling out the chapaties.Either contains the usual wheat flour or maida. Did not like the flourNot sharing photo because I can make out gluten level in a photo

The Sona Moti whaet flour is good. The chapatis are very nice. The ancient grain revived by Sri Sri Tattva has not spike my sugar levels.

Have been ordering this but the last lot felt like regular wheat and more chewy so felt like it has maida added to it. quality has gone down.

I’m using Sona moti emmer wheat for the third time. Wheat is of high quality.But the packaging needs to improve. The damage is easily identifiable and done by some termite cockroach or rat. I have attached the pic and decide.Thanks to Amazon customer service I got my refund.
