I could not find info on which color transmitter it works on, and got less than desirable response from seller. Ended up having to buy a transmitter too, since every other towmate light is red wire.

Bought it.a couple months ago and one of the lights is already gone out in the middle of the lights

Received it worked fine for two weeks then started having problems with it..couldnt get warranted nor replaced

I love the convenience of no more wire dragging tow lights. This allows me to attach it to a towed vehicle etc and get on my way. The bad is that after only a couple few weeks the battery needed charge every other tow. The battery also just rattles around the casing. The inconvenience of having to go thru a replacement swap or anything of that sort will not be worth the the time. In my opinion your better off spending the extra money for a more durable peice of equipment that you depend on for your safety and others. This will definitely be a back up for my wired lights if I drag them beyond repair.
