On heat the bottom is just ripping out
The media could not be loaded. This am reviewing after only 2 uses the bottom of the pressure cooker is ripping out from its base and bombarding on heat

I have ordered 2 ultra pressure cookers at a same time, the quality of the 2 pressure cookers was good.But I received 1 item with loose & damaged whistle. So I want to replace the item whichwas damaged .
