🌊 Dive into warmth with the power of the sun!
The Sun Ring Water Anchor Circular Solar Cover is a set of six passive solar heating devices designed to warm your pool water efficiently. Constructed from durable U.V. resistant vinyl, these rings utilize a two-layer system to absorb sunlight and convert it into heat, helping to maintain a comfortable swimming temperature while minimizing energy costs.

Great for capturing solar energy!
We had this type of ring last year and it worked very well. Several got deflated in the course of being used and so had to be replaced but the majority are still working fine. They actually do keep the pool warm! You need to buy enough to cover the surface, and take them in and out of course when you want to swim or use the pool in other ways. Getting them in and out was surprisingly quick & easy to do & gives us a chance to get extra exercise! I recommend this product - it does what it says it’s going to do.

Solor covers or pool floats?
They don't lay flat, they collect water, ants, leaves. Kinda cheap & not what I expected. So far ALL solar pool covers have been expensive & just don't hold up well

Decent product and works to warm the pool
We have been purchasing these for 3 years now. Ordered 4 the first year and so on. They do last about 2 years but we have 2 that are going on 3 years. The reason is that they do help warm the pool by at least 5-10 degrees depending on the strength of the sun. They are easier to handle then a full size solar cover and the dog does not try to walk on these. We have hooks in our shed to hang them up when needed. I also will leave a couple in the pool if it’s just a couple of us hanging out in it. They have never blown over or out of the pool due to the bottom of the ring fills with water to hold them down. The only down fall is that everytime we order more, we always get one with a hole it it. Normally a patch would fix that right up but this time it’s on the seem so it’s not repairable. They are thin and probably could be made with more durable plastic. Other that that, we like them and will continue to use them.

Throwing mine out
A pain to deploy and pain to store. Save your money buy a solar cover and reel or a gas pool heater. No discernible change in temp of pool. We bought over 20 of these discs for a 27’ round pool.

Stays put in high wind!
I live on the foothills and this time of year we get very strong wind. For the last 8 hours we have been getting gusts at over 40 mph. Trash cans were rolling down the street (it was trash day) and my beanie almost flew off. I have been keeping an eye on these solar rings and am very happy to say that they stayed in the pool. They also remained magnetized to each other. The outer ring fills with water - I believe this is what keeps them weighed down. If you get these, when you blow air into them, don't blow too much - just enough for them to be round at the outer edge. You might want to inflate them when they are on the water. At first I inflated them too much and had to let some air out. They are easy to clean and stack when your pool is getting serviced.

Hit or miss
Bought a box of 10. Four have small holes and won’t stay inflated. One of them holds air but it’s seam has a flaw where it’s crimped and won’t lay flat. Poor Q&C. I gave it a second star because of the five that are serviceable they do work and increase the water temperature on sunny and partly sunny days.

Yes, They Work, But Maybe Not Right For Everyone
Finally bought 15 solar rings after dithering for several years whether or not to buy them for my 16X32 inground pool. Here is my experience:PROS: they actually heat the water, swam yesterday Sept 23 which is late for Long Island NY. And they are much easier to remove than a full size solar blanket. Easier to clean leaves off too as you can reach them. The water anchors work, have not lost one in spite of quite windy days.CONS: They are not all that easy to remove, the water anchor must be drained, but they can be removed by one person standing in the shallow end. And they were a pain to inflate properly.About that prep - it was QUITE a project to unpack and inflate 15 of these! Luckily my DH bought a small handheld electronic bicycle tire pump ($35 on Amazon) that has a rechargeable battery, and that made it doable. Forget "2 breaths to inflate inner ring" - maybe for Godzilla, not for any mere human! Get the pump and save your breath. And they do need periodic re-inflating - they lose air.Are they better than just a solar blanket? Yes. Are they better than a solar blanket on a reel? Maybe not... I think that option might be better IF you either don't mind looking at the reel all summer or have a way to hide it; and if you have a place to store the huge and heavy reel for the winter that is easily accessible, which I do not. So for me they were a good choice. BTW I also bought a step solar cover made of the heavy duty bubble that's blue on top and black underneath - which heats much better than standard solar cover - so go with that if you go the solar blanket route.

Pricey and and very thin
I really like the ease that I can get them in N out of the pool but both of them ordered had holes in them and were in spots that couldn’t be repaired therefore I give it a 3 star. Very expensive for the material used.

keep your money !
does not work at all. Does not heat anything. Had it in my 15' X 4' pool for 5 days now in the sun no change so I placed it a plastic kids small pool ... 2 days of hot sun no change in water temp. hmmm

Solar cover keeps water warmer
This pool ‘cover’ is being used on an 8 foot stock tank pool. It’s very early in the outdoor pool season but so far it seems to be the perfect solution for keeping the pool cleaner and the water warmer. It is quite durable and easily put in place (much better than the large tarp cover) and removed. I especially like the magnets that keep it anchored to the sides of the metal pool.

désouffle tout seul
assez déçu pour le prix , déssouffle de la valve , je n'ai pas percu aucune fuite d'ailleurs...
