This hair color is very pretty and the hair quality is good the only issues, there isn’t much hair on the wefts and after the first hair wash several came out in my shower. I’ve bought this brand before so I’m not sure why many came out upon the first wash (I’m always careful when washing my hair )

UPDATED AT END!!! I have ordered from this shop before and absolutely love their extensions! I got a new package 2 days ago of the 2B 22inch strands and noticed that there were 40 strands but 4 of them were completely useless because they had basically no hair. I didn't really mind because last time I used them, I didn't use 4 pieces so it wasn't a big deal. I noticed that they were a little thin and when I had finished putting them in I tried to style them with heat and the hair was like making this awful smell. I washed them before I put them in so I'm not sure what happened because all of the products that were in them should've washed out. They are definitely thinner than my last order because my hair feels a lot less thick than it did with the last tape-ins I bought from this store. The tape on the actual strands is great and really strong and the last time I ordered it was incredible and I absolutely loved them. I will definitely order again because I think that I just got a bad batch, but I'm pretty disappointed in my recent order. I would return and get a replacement but they're already stuck in my head LOL. They don't look bad, but I'm going to wait a few days until I wash my hair before I try and style it with heat again.UPDATE: incredible 11/10 customer service. They were so responsive and helpful! I've never experienced such great customer service and they replaced my package. They reached out to me very quickly, literally the day after my review, and immediately addressed the issue. I was so impressed with them. I will definitely continue to order from this store.

My first purchase from this company was based off some TikToks I watched where several girls raved about these extensions. So I went ahead and bought them in the color I needed. Or so I thought I needed. After getting them and putting them in, the color was off and not matching my hair exactly as I would have wanted. I contacted the company about the problem and their customer service was in touch the same day! They offered to replace the hair with the correct color after I sent a few pictures and they color matched me. At no additional cost and no need to return the hair I already had used. Super excited to get the correct color and put it in!I will say I’ve been wearing the “wrong color” for 2 1/2 weeks now. I’m just very careful with how I part my hair or pull it up. It actually looks and feels more like my natural hair now that I have washed it. It curls and straightens just like my natural hair and looks beautiful! There were several that I needed to remove and replace due to them showing too easily and they were very easy to remove (with rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle).These extensions are a great value for the price and their customer service is beyond excellent. Go ahead and order them! You won’t regret it!

**EDIT/UPDATE** This tape is NOT IT. I've had these in less than a week and I know of at least five of the extension "sandwiches" are completely almost separated. I made sure not to touch the tape when I put them in (hand oils), I was very careful about removing excess hair in between sandwiches an sectioning was done super clean. I am baffled at how bad this tape is. Definitely be prepared for extensions to fall out your first wash.So I'll start by saying I've tried allllll kinds of hair extension brands, so I'm knowledgeable. The color match was a fail for me, but I just bought them blindly with the expectation that I'd have to dye them anyways. I got the 14 inch medium brown and quality wise, they're solid. I paid a FORTUNE for Glam Seamless and this brand blows them completely outta the water. Donna Bella pales in comparison also, so there's some more food for thought. These do get a little scraggly when you wash them, so keep in mind deep conditioning is a must as well as oil on the ends. Extensions are thick at the tops but do get thinner at the end, nothing that's a deal breaker though.. pretty much all extensions do this. I'll keep washing to a bare minimum with these, but I expect to get 2 MAYBE three move ups outta these. You get what you pay for, but for the price I'm not mad. I caught these on sale and paid $48 for 40 pieces, so for the quality it's actually REALLY good. I have fine hair so this was MORE than enough for me. I'll definitely repurchase, I just hope that quality is consistent.

I have ordered these extensions several times over the last couple years in different colors and lengths. The quality of hair is great. I usually only wear mine for about 8 weeks then when I take them out I just put in a new set of hair instead of retaping. They are so affordable. I have retaped before and worn them for an additional 4-5 weeks but then they did get really dry and tangled way to easy so for me it just works better to wear them one install then replace them. This last batch I ordered the tapes were not good at all, they were falling out after the first wash even with proper care. I contacted Full Shine customer service and they are sending me replacement hair. I will update when I get the replacement hair! Customer Service was easy to deal with, I just had to send them proof of my purchase!

I ordered 3 packs of these extensions and the shipping was quick. The quality of the hair is AMAZING and so soft, especially for the price. Unfortunately 2 out of the 3 packs were the wrong color. On the box they have codes to scan on how to contact them. I found them on instagram and reached out to let them know what happened. I can not tell you enough how great their customer service is! They were very quick with responding and immediately looked into it, found the problem and sent out the correct other hair bundles. As someone who has dealt with a lot of bad customer service with other companies, I was very impressed with how well they communicate and handled my situation! I would highly recommend this company!

Okay, so first application they looked amazing. After the first wash they became super frizzy. (Even using sulfate free shampoo and hair masks).By about the third day post wash they began to look a bit better.After doing several strand tests (flame test and testing with flat irons/curlers) it seems that these have a mix of remy hair and high quality synthetic hair. You can style it but I would recommend low temps. I'm not sure if every pack is like this or not.Overall for the price they are fine, however I don't think they are actually 100% Remy hair.So if you want something that is okay for the price you should be fine. I don't think I will order these again or that they will last more than one more reset given the weird quality.

The media could not be loaded.  THE BEST EXTENTIONS EVER!!! Really soft and easy to work with. Match description. Its also 100% human hair which i was very suprised because of the price. Not expensive yet so perfect for your occasions!!!!! I got it for my wedding as my hair was so short. Trust me, you wont be disappointed at all!!! The seller is also very nice and gives good experience. Would recommend overall!

I love the quality and price of these hair extensions. I did have an issue with the tape, but with their great customer service we were able to resolve it.
