Workes like charm! Great alternative to melatonin - worked within 30 minutes of applying
I was pretty skeptical of these patches but WOW - my older elementary school aged kids responded to these quite well. When my kids have a hard time winding down I occasionally give them a kids dosage of melatonin but I don't love doing this - given all the concerns about melatonin. I love that these are herb based and drug free.I don't use these daily, but when we need to get up early for a flight or event, I use these to help them wind down the night before. It's a fun novelty too and they were pretty curious about it. My younger kid mentioned that she slept more deeply and my older kid said she could fall asleep sooner despite her ADHD (which usually keeps her a little wired).I recommend these and will keep these around in a pinch. Adhesive worked great and didn't leave any residue.

Does not work
My grand daughter had trouble getting to sleep. I wanted to help her and not use melatonin. I saw these and the reviews were good. However, they didn’t work for her.

Effective but there’s a chance for a rash!
The product WORKS! There’s no denial on that department. Is actually the only method that have had work for my 5yr old son. When I was about to put his patch #4 tonight, I noticed the rash on his wrist. I normally alternate wrists but got concerned when I noticed that today. Please be aware that this item CAN’T BE RETURNED..so sadly you have to count that as a loss…he have never shown any signs of rash / allergies to adhesives like Band-aids or sort before. But one thing is sure, it helped him sleep through the night.

My kids both love these. My oldest cant take Melatonin so this worked great. And my youngest likes this more than the MelatoninJust wish it were cheaper

Didn’t work for us
Didn’t really notice a difference, but it was pretty stuck on my son’s arm. It was like peeling a bandage off.

Hives!
My son had an allergic reaction to these causing hives all over his arms and hands. This product worked for sleep but has terrible side effects.
