Found out years ago when i had my daughter i was prone to clogged milk ducts. Took the Now brand lecithin as a preventative for years. Now a long time later i hear about all these heart benefits etc. so I’m back to taking them again! There’s no taste, they are just bulky. So i have to make sure I’m thirsty and just get them down one at a time. Great quality that works. I still can get strange breast pangs from when i wear a bra that’s uncomfortable or sleep funny. So i just make sure to take 3 of these or more asap. The pains will go away after taking them after a few hours or by the next day so i know they work. They do not smell at all. They are easy to swallow for the average person I’m sure, i just have to go one at a time.

I have used now brand for at least 12 years now so when I needed some more less than I went for this brand size is good for the money quality is always great. They always disclose everything on the label which is very important as some brands don’t want you to know what exactly is inside.We’ll buy again.

I've ordered this for years and this time the gel caps look very light goldish pink in color and ALL the past orders in the past have been more a burgundy/brown in color? Hope they still work well. Also, I notice they use Soybean Oil instead of Sunflower Oil, not sure when that changed...

I do notice a small but distinct difference - it does help with cognition. I take other things, too, but I noticed an improvement in my feeling more present.

Was prescibed by my doctor to take Lecithin supplmenets.I've ordered and gone through NOW's lecithin category of supplements multiple times and would order when I run out.The pills are a bit on the larger side but are still easy to swallow witha bit of water to help wash it down.Don't be alarmed if one bottle of pills looks different from a previous bottle. From what I could see, theyre likely just different batches of lecithin causing the color change. They still achieve their goal just as well regardless.

These work for keeping breastmilk flowing but they made me super gassy so I swapped to a different brand that doesn't and would only recommend these if you can't afford a better version.
