Healthforce Lecithin Powder, Non-Gmo, 375-Grams

I am a health food nut.I make a delicious Lemon/Olive Oil shake with lecithin. Taste like a lemon milk sake with stevia vanilla lecithin and a little pinch of salt.Love this product and if it was organic I would give it five stars.

First, I love it the product for its health benefits. I'm not understanding the comments regarding the packaging. who cares! the product works. I don't have a problem with that at all. i keep my bottle in the freezer as it suggests. it doesn't freeze and makes it easier to "pour" out of the jar. It's been 2 years of using this product. I stopped at one point out laziness. Basically, ran out and neglected to buy again. instead stopped by a health food store, bought another brand/type of lecithin and realized that wasn't working for me at all. Went back to this product and that's when I noticed the difference. I have to be very detailed at work. Brain function alone, allows clarity and clear thinking, and definitely my memory; and definitely the memory of being able to recall explicit details that i couldn't recall so quickly before. trust me it works. Also, my stomach fat, i've slimmed down from a 36 waist to 34, even a 32 in some pants. SERIOUSLY, I know. thought it was a fluke but its true! honestly, i don't know about the liver function, and cholesterol levels and all that but something seems to be working well, because I do drink alcohol... Here's one an example that the product is working and produces sharp brain clarity, am I the only one that noticed in the, "About the Product section" after liver function, it says "Never Function"!!!!? see the picture lol. thank me later! :-)

It's okay, I guess. But, it tastes really gross and doesn't blend well. I got some Non-GMO sunflower lecithin instead, and it's WAY better. It tastes better, blends better, and has none of the soy risks that this one might.

I raise fancy goldfish from egg, and make my own foods for the small fry to eat.I purchased this as an additive for nutritive value for the foods that I make.I appreciate that this is NON GMO. I was surprised that it was in a glass jar, but noticed that it is amber tinted to help avoid breakdown from exposure to light. I suggest that you store it in a cool dark cupboard away from light to extend quality of product.It is a fine and even grain, and dissolved/incorporated into the blended puree readily. I tasted it and it does taste like 'lecithin'... the quality and consistency seems very high.What I don't like about the product is the jar configuration; the mouth is rather small. It's going to be more difficult to get at and measure out the product as the jar empties. I'd rather have a wider more squat container with a wider mouth, and dedicate the extra few square inches of shelf space to better be able to get at what's in the jar. I didn't ding the stars for the packaging, though it could be a bit better. I do appreciate the manufacturer using glass, it is less gas permeable than plastic.

It is ok but hard for me to get to dissolve? tried different methods but nothing worked so far.

need to return it because the bottle was broken.

Has definitely helped out my wife with her feline roller coaster that she has been on since she turned 50...she seems to be coasting much better! Taste isn't the greatest, but mix with another drink if you can't handle.

The packaging is excellent. I purchased Lecithin as one ingredient when combined with coconut oil and turmeric is an excellent salve used to reduce lumps, cysts and bumps in humans and pets. The salve is extremely effective for the purpose.Since I had approximately 99% of the product remaining I tasted it in hopes of finding another use for it. I have no idea whether or not it is improving my health. However, it is so tasty that I include it in recipes and always add it to my yogurt. This is an excellent product with multiple uses.
