AcureUltra Hydrating Facial Gel Cream, 100% Vegan, Intensely Moisturizing with Watermelon Seed Extract & Hyaluronic Acid, White

I don't like how this feels when I am applying it, but my skin feels pretty soft and OK. This is Rod H's wife, by the way.

I was surprised by some of the negative reviews of Acure's Ultra Hydrating Gel and thought I'd share my experience. This was an impulse purchase, and I've been happily impressed with the results. My skin absorbs it immediately, and I find the light gel refreshing after years of using the oil/hyaluronic acid combos. I can honestly say that my skin looks more renewed and smoother after two months of use. For those who mentioned that it pills under moisturizer, I think maybe it's been applied too thickly. A light touch goes a long way.

Gel is light almost like water, not heavy or sticky like aloe. Not sure if it's doing anything. I top it with a light cream. Will not buy again.

I use this is tandem with the Ultra Hydrating Watermelon seed oil from Acure. It's a perfect combo to cocktail together for all seasons. Otherwise, this is good to use underneath a moisturizer for an additional boost. It's better than the 12 Hour moisturizer in this same skin care collection in my opinion.

I got a sample of this stuff from an Allure box. I didn’t purchase the correct moisturizer but I didn’t think it would be a big difference. I loved the Allure sample, but this one was very different and made my face feel very very tight. I’ve used it twice and never touched it again.

When you first put this gel on. Feels great but once it drys leaves a sticky film on your face. I didn’t like that feeling had to wash off my face

Sorry, this is a terrible product. I never write a review but I had to. This is so drying on your face and it leaves your skin with a very weird dry sticky film. Definitely, definitely wash your face with a good moisturizing cleanser. This really dried my skin out and made it feel rough! Not a good product!
