Works even on mild steel, saved my project (and blade tool is built-in!)
I wasn't sure this would do what I needed: had a pair 3/16" thick steel posts with 14 blind holes drilled for rivet nuts. The interior sides of the holes were burred and would prevent the rivet from setting solidly into the post wall unless I could deburr the interiors. This tool did the job--required a fair amount of elbow grease to rotate the handle back & forth while applying outward pressure in each hole, scraping the burrs away, but got 'er done! I did have to supplement a couple areas with a small rat-tail file but highly recommend this tool.Surprisingly, there are a couple of 1-star reviews that complain about the lack of a tool to change the cutting blade--either these reviewers didn't bother to read the included instruction sheet, or perhaps the instruction sheet wasn't included (not likely). As shown in the photos the tool is in fact included, built in to the handle itself and it works easily to remove or install the cutting blade.

No ultra micro hex wrench included- and you need it!
I've used these before on the job and they work great. But there's a major problem with the way Noga ships these- there is a microscopic screw that was just floating in the box that holds the bit in. It takes the smallest hex wrench size I've ever seen, AND THE WRENCH IS NOT INCLUDED. Good luck finding one this small!! I'm a machinist and I own plenty of German hex wrench sets, none of them have a hex this small and the instructions don't even identify what size the hex is to even find a wrench! Really Noga? That's kind of a critical detail! When there's only three parts in the box and one of them requires a tool that you don't even identify in your own instructions it's kind of a mark of incredible stupidity. If you really need to get it in, I was able to use an exacto knife blade very carefully to screw it in.

These are very handy to have
I was amazed at how handy these are. It's a niche application, but it really makes the process a lot faster when you do find yourself needing something like this.

Pretty good
It's the ticket for deburring the back side of holes within its range, as long as there is clearance for the blade to flip around once it goes through the hole. The mechanism to flip the blade around is kind of finicky, but overall it works well. I recommend this

Not assembled
Came with the blade not attached. The smallest set screw just floating in the box. Smallest hex head I’ve ever seen. Don’t have an Allen wrench to put the set screw in. Utter crap
