Is the bag waterproof?

It seems to be. I have not put a lot of water in it to test it but when I have rinsed and shaken off the device then put it in the bag there was no water on any of the items in my purse.

Serious reply - just gently press it against you without putting too much pressure or the container will buckle. Don't hold it towards the end of the funnel, hold it as close to the widest opening as possible. Practice until it feels comfortable enough where you know it won't spill, but it won't take too long for you to manage.

Is the women urinal easy to use?

Of course. It is easy to use. But I suggest you try it in the bathroom a few times, find the most suitable way, and then choose to use it outdoors.
