The best head set I’ve ever owned in the last 10 years of driving truck! I can hear people nice clean and clear and other people can hear me!

Never in my life have I ever wanted to get a massive headset.. but here I am! Finally joining the crew lol. I've had mainly little plantronic over the ear headsets but it was either they fell out my vest and I ran them over.. or I've had them for only a couple years before they started to act up. First off.. it fits my big head without the headset trying to squeeze your brains out. The muffs fit nicely over my ears and the padding is so cush omg it's nice. The detachable right side earmuff is cool but I prefer it attached.. easy to attach and reattach. Muffs are definitely adjustable. All operative buttons are on the left muff along with the mic. Mic pretty much sits in front of your mouth. Battery lasts for a very long time which is so wonderful. Noise cancellation is good, I have no complaints hearing calls or even music through this headset in our Lonestar. Uses a micro usb to charge. Only complaint.. I can't eat while the mic is completely down lol it does get in the way. Other than that I urge you to give it a go!!

I bought the standard and it works like a charm. I work in a semi and around tractors. Mic rarely pics up engine sounds unless I’m standing next the engine. Mic does a good job at picking up voice and cutting out other noise. Worst case it will pick up some engine sounds but significant less than a standard headphones.However, if you plan on using the radio for music or have some form of radio communication the mic will pick all of it up. My only complaint with the headset is that the cushion side does not swivel. It shifts up and down. But the fact is doesn’t shift to the sides means it can be uncomfortable on top of you ear. However, I eventually got used to it. Battery also performs well. I can usually 2-3 days the without charging the headphones. Talking with my s/o and other people for 3-4 hours per day and listening to music for the rest of my 12 hour shift. Also works great if you want to listen to music but still be able to listen to a work radio.

I have used various BlueParrot headsets in the past which all eventually failed or broke. The RandMcNally sound quality, comfort and voice quality is far superior from the previously mentioned brand. Now, with that said these also come with a few setbacks. Such as the charging port is very small which makes it difficult to differentiate which way the plug is to connect and will break the charging port within the headset if connected incorrectly. Another is the durability/strength of the removable headpiece. Be careful not to spread the headset too far when putting on or removing headsets as it will cause the plastic parts to break. Lastly, I did purchase the Amazon extended warranty and glad I did. As when the aforementioned problems occurred. Amazon replaced with new headset with efficiency & professionalism.

These are some of the worst sounding headphones I have ever tried. Low end and low mids are completely muddy and make everything unintelligible. Music sounds worse and conversation is almost impossible to understand. The buttons function as they claim, which is the only redeeming quality of these headphones. But on the website they also claim to have changeable EQ settings which do not work on mine, so there is no saving the sound. I was also interested in using them with a wired connection as well, but once you plug a wire in the only thing that works are the headphones, but you can’t use the microphone that way. Not to mention the sound actually gets worse when you plug in a wire for some reason. I tried sticking it out with these because I liked the idea of the removable cup and they were reasonably comfortable, but unfortunately I waited too long and now I can’t return them. Save your money and get some AirPods or something. They will be 1000 times better than these

I bought this for my trucker husband because it’s an amazing product. It’s comfortable for him and I can hear him clearly during calls. Best to buy it on sale during Black Friday. He says the battery life lasts at least four days for him without charging it. He likes that the mic mutes itself when he puts it up and unmutes itself when her puts it back down.

Fantastic noise cancellation and comfort, but not built to last. Unfortunately it is made of cheap plastic that will eventually start to creak, which is incredibly irritating. The micro-usb ports have a weak solder point that will eventually break and prevent charging. My first two headsets broke in the exact same way. The newest one I just received in the mail has a usb-c charging port, so hopefully it won't be an issue in the future. I still recommend buying the insurance plan because this headset will not last two years if you drive a truck for a living.
