I encountered a problem with my Shears, but the customer service team exceeded my expectations. They responded promptly and made the entire process seamless and hassle-free. I'm pleased to report that the shears are now in fantastic condition!

These shears are amazing for the price. I’ve been a stylist for 15 years now and am in dire need of getting my shears sharpened. Got these as a back up to use in between and let me tell you I am so impressed. I love a heavier shear, I like to cut dry and decided to do just that with these and they did exactly what I wanted them too. Cuts right through thick sections of hair like butter. These have a little weight to them but still on the lighter side. I would say the finger holes are a bit wierd, maybe a little to big 🤔 can’t really put my finger on it but maybe it’s just a new feel for me. Literally up to par with my $300+ shears. Also ordered another pair and those I had to return, the quality came no where near these. Definitely worth the $$ and definitely worth a buy.

I wrote a review to soon. After a couple days of cutting hair( and I’m a barber I cut a lot ) they are getting very dull. They are sending me a knew pair to try so the service is great I will Update with further details

As a hairdresser for 28 years! Not really doing it much now. These scissors are amazing! I will say if you are not a professional please please be safe! As these are EXTREMELY SHARP!! They cut amazing. I have scissors or all price ranges. From $250-$700. I will say they are right up there. Highly recommended these for your cutting needs!

I like the overall fit and weight of these shears, however, I thought they would be a little sharper out of the box. These are good to use while I wait on my other shears to get here and in between sharpening appointments. UPDATE!!! Holy cow I love these shears. They’re actually really good. I’ve been using them for a week now and they’ve been performing beautifully. I may get the thinning shears as well. So so good

These shears go from 0 to 60 in one cut- professionals know what I am talking about. They have to be controlled. They are not good for slithering or point cutting just good for blunt cuts especially on thick hair.

Description eludes that this product is Japanese manufactured product. Back side of box clearly indicates Chinese made! This makes these scissors overpriced. Second note: Not clear description of difference of Japanese STYLE vs. American STYLE. I had purchased Japanese STYLE scissors only to learn that finger holes are much too small. American STYLE indicates larger finger entrances to accommodate for American finger sizes. Did not even use the scissors, and sent them back. All that being said, Amazon made return extremely efficient with no issues so far. Thanks, Amazon, for backing your merchandise!

Really good scissors. Cuts hair well with no resistance. Nice and sturdy to hold, with comfortable handles. Also worth pointing out the smoothness in using them, yet sturdy and easily controlled. Clearly very well made.

Fit perfectly in my hand and they are sharp. I like the small ball bearings at the pivot point. It will make the scissors last a long time.
