MONTANACans Montana GOLD 400 ml Color, Blue Magic Spray Paint (13.5 Fl Oz) (MXG-G5060)

My nozzle clogged immediately but I was able to unclog it by turning it upside down. I'm used to big box rattle cans that are under higher pressure so this is a new experience for me.

I spray paint furniture and decor items a fair amount and have a good understanding of how to do it correctly. I usually use other brands but my daughter chose this color as "exactly" the orange she was looking for. I ordered 3 cand as we planned to paint several items in her room. One can came with the stopper ring off and the spray tip in place with paint sprayed within the bag it was packaged in. I did receive a refund promptly from amazon for that can. I used one of the other cans to paint this shelf and, as others have stated, the paint came out gritty or sandy. It seemed as if it was drying in the air before it contacted the shelf.These photos were taken several days after I painted it. It was thoroughly cured!I DO NOT RECOMMEND this paint!

I got this paint for a furniture project and I didn’t know what to expect. I LOVE that you can hold it so close to your project without creating goopy drips. Big box store bought spray paint will instruct you to hold it 12 - 18 inches away but it’s more like 18 - 20 unless you want that trashy chic 😅 I think this instructs you to hold it 6 inches away. It might not sound like a big deal but it really allows for more control and greater precision.Also- most store bought spray paint has an insane amount of plastic on that metal can. Usually in the form of a giant cap that usually fails by the end of the first use. What Montana does is something so simple yet so ingenious- they put a little plastic washer between the spray nozzle and the can so that the nozzle cannot be depressed at all. It’s easy to remove and replace too! This is great if you don’t use the entire can in one go.Another thing that I love is that Montana doesn’t make a mess of my hands so I can use it without gloves.And finally, the actual paint. It’s wonderful. Consistent color and even application. This stuff is a dream come true!Now I only wish that all montana paints were available on Amazon with 2 day prime free shipping.

I use this paint on art projects, on paper, and on canvas. I really like it. Expensive, but an excellent product. If you want quality for your art projects, this spray paint can be right for you.I also purchased dozens of spray nozzles, as the normal white button type will clog after a few uses. Nothing can be done to stop that, even soaking in soapy water. So, I would say, buy a box of spray buttons, highly affordable on Amazon. I like the product as an artist. By the way, I am not a graffiti artist, more or less a collage maker.

I bought this paint to stencil the "acoustic" brand name on several covers I had made for my vintage and modern Acoustic speaker cabs and amp heads..The baby blue color was a perfect match for the "signature" color of that particular brand!

It took 8 coats on a white primer. Matte finish is strong but attracts dirt.

Purchased 5 cans in total. Shook them for the recommended 2-3 minutes. Two worked perfectly. Two 'spit' through the whole spraying process. And one was like a volcano spewing. These were over $12 a can, compared to $7-8 for Krylon. I was expecting a better product. Very disappointed. Amazon did refund me for the one, but I'm not even going to bother asking for a refund for the other two. By the way, I have spray painted multiple projects over the years, so it's not like this was my first time.

Montana gold is my favorite of the types - the nozzle seems to get clogged the least and it’s an even spray. This color is vibrant and as described.

Works as advertised. First time using Montana Gold, it wasn't so great for my personal use case. I prefer the Montana Black.

I had an art project to start I set up and went to spray the gold spray paint.It wouldn’t work !!!!!!Even after I tried another can the same brand,I unblocked the nozzle, thinking that it might’ve been the reason.No, it just didn’t work!!!!I was very disappointed with my purchase!!!!
