For me, Biotene Mouth Gel works very well, and I am very satisfied with it. The problem is with this particular listing: it calls for two tubes of mouth gel, but I keep receiving only one tube and have to keep returning it. I have ordered this particular listing four times and should have received eight tubes of Biotene mouth gel, but I only received four tubes. Check the price versus the price per ounce and it should be for two tubes, as it says at the bottom of the listing, that this "is for two tubes", but Amazon keeps sending only one tube with this particular listing. the Biotene Mouth Gel is great; there is just a screw-up with the product and the shipping department for this particular order. ive been using this since diagnosis and the only gripe I have is I wish they would make an unflavored version. My mouth reacts badly to mint and to cinnamon so the very gentle mint flavor in this toothpaste is not good for me. But as of today I cannot find a better toothpaste for drymouth so I rotate this with sensodyne. I will say I love their mouth spray for dry mouth. Also mint flavored but really helpful if you have sjogrens and are dealing with dry mouth as a result.

The item is fine and I use it on a regular basis. I paid 13.94 for the 2-pack and only received 1. I gave this a low rating because one of this product was missing in the delivery.

Best for dry mouth ever.

I have sleep apenia and also have to use supplemental oxygen at night only. Waking up finds me with all or a portion of my tongue attached to the roof of my mouth. Unpleasant and just a tad painful. Now with the gel that never happens. I also use the mouthwash, the toothpaste, the gum ,and the lozenges which are a game changer for me. Biotene products, are lifesavers and use every day.

Due to medications I have a very dry mouth but this stuff helps so much! I tried the mouthwash, toothpaste, and sprays and this gel is by far the best and longest lasting out of all of them. This is what I use especially at bedtime because it's thicker and stays in my mouth way longer, definitely suggest this for anyone with a dry mouth!
