Wherewolf

Absolutely terrible
This was the worst book I've ever read. The plot line was weak, the grammatical errors were horrendous. A grade school child could have written a better storyline.

Not all that good.
This short novel makes little sense. It is about an investigation by the FBI into some deaths, but the behaviour of the characters and their motives are unexplained and confusing. The "crack team" that will solve the case in the end are a bumbling group of incompetents I would trust to solve a crossword. The writing itself is not of a good level. There are many grammatical errors, and sentences that make detract you from the story. To, I assume, increase the length of the book there are also two short stories at the back. They carry the label "RAW" as if they might be gritty, perhaps. I believe "RAW" in this case means "unedited". Neither are particularly interesting, nor well written.

Beware of the Woods: Where Evil Lies
Wherewolf by Franchisca Weatherman/Black Bed Sheet Books:Jack and Dan went deer hunting to put meat on the table. They find that deep in the woods that something is hunting them! Jack sees his brother brutally killed by something that he thought was a myth. Jack wakes to find himself hurt and bewildered by guilt because he is living a nightmare. He swears to hunt down his brother's killer even if it costs him his life. He is blamed as his brother's killer so he is placed in an insane asylum. Years pass as he is finally released from the mental ward to help police find the cause of the mass killings of teenagers at keg parties. The brutal killings in several cities mirror his brother's death so Jack hopes to take revenge on what he knows to be a werewolf and not a simple serial killer. Ms. Weatherman's story takes the basic werewolf mythology and changes it to a new realm. She places it in New Orleans during Mardi-Gras celebrations. She takes what is already a crazy situation to ramp it up into a frenzy of party-goers and police trying to maintain order among numerous supernatural beings. Her story is a real nail-biter with humor and adventure thrown in. Franchisca's first book is promising to be quite popular among readers who love great Gothic horror. Franchisca Weatherman is also the host of Francy and Friends on Blog Talk Radio on Sunday nights.I wish that my first book was written so well! Franchisca Weatherman has written something of merit for her first effort.Joe L. Blevins author of The Familiar and six other books.

Francy Weatherman's Wherewolf Review
Francy Weatherman's "Wherewolf" has to be one of the most fascinating and interesting stories I have ever read. The cover of the book is dark and mysterious and totally amazing the artwork is superb. I love the first chapter of Wherewolf, It is sickening, gory and outrageous especially when Dan gets killed by the wolf.I noticed that Francy used one of her family member as a main character which I think is a great idea to use in a story. The suspense was exciting and will make readers want to read more and more of the novel. What I love about "Wherewolf" was how the story progressed further along the way and the attention to detail when the wolves will kill their victims. What I didn't like about this novel was the story was a little slow to begin with but it got faster at the right moment. The two short stories were fantastic and also fascinating to read at the end of the novel. The first short story I felt like the reader could be a part of the story and that you can fell the pain and sadness of the characters in this short story. The second short story was very sad at the end, as I love cats very much so reading this was making me very sad.For Francy's first novel as a whole all I can say is 2011 Best book of the year. A must read for all Horror fans and all werewolf lovers out there. :) Now Francy knows what to do next write another tremendous Horror novel. :D"Wherewolf" is a great and amazing novel, that everyone will love to read.
