are these for low bass or mainly for midbass or fullrange ??

I love the sound of it's bass. I have to say I put them in a cerwin vega speaker so that cross overs may be the reason. I have had them for some time so they seem to hold up well. They sound good low as well as loud.

Can I use this speaker in a lead guitar amplifier?

ya just have to find adapter or hook up wiring and check amp. watts. just a speaker pos. & neg. wire.

would this make a good replacement subwoofer for home audio use?

I would say that this is a good replacement speaker for any audio need....I have punished mine and they are still going strong.
