It is made in France the body and made in China the lid, that is a strange combination. But the shape is exactly what I want. Perfect for soup pot and you can see through while it is boiling. A perfect pot for soup, congee and much more.

Have used this twice so far. Bear in mind u need quite a lot of liquid when cooking in this as it sticks and burns. Also low heat is a must. Am not sure I like the shape (tallness) and would prefer it to be wider rather as stirring is not easy. I had to use 2 wooden spoons to stir a veggie stew. It is the healthiest option if ur trying to get away from metals that leach into our food. Update: had to return as food was sticking and u have to keep stirring while it cooks. Used only 2-3 times. Sat in my cupboard and thought nope, I dont have time for this. Amazon happiky helped me sort out return and redund.

Lo que mas me ha gustado el material, que se ve de muy buena calidad y efectivamente se nota hasta en el sabor de la comida, estábamos comiendo teflón....hay que pillarla el tranquillo. No ponerla muy fuerte que se agarra con facilidad, y luego para limpiarla un horror porque no quieres rayarla con nada, la mía se ha quedado un poco como ahumada en el fondo. Volvería a comprarla sin duda.
