I had a tummy tuck in March and I'm supposed to be trying to ween myself off of my medical compression belt that was issued to me by my doctor. I've been trying different body shapers, camisoles with tummy support, etc., and the search has been somewhat frustrating. I think I have bought at least 3 or more pairs of leggings/yoga pants and returned them due to them not going up far enough or not having enough support or just fitting oddly. My torso is shorter, waist is smaller, and my hips are big/wide, and therefore the search has been like finding a needle in a haystack. This was the last pair I was going to try, and then just give up for a while. LOL.These are great for someone who has a smaller waist than hips. Yes, it was tight trying to get the waist part over my hips but once I did, the compression is just the right amount and the waistline comes up over my belly button but at least 1 inch or so under my bra. My waist is 34", and the biggest part of my hips is 46", and my torso is 9.5" (measured from the bottom of my breast area to the top of my hip). I'm exactly 5 feet 4.5 inches tall. I weigh 190 lbs.I ordered an XL but am thinking about ordering a large to see if they will be tighter on my legs. Right now, they're still tight on my legs, but still kinda loose. I know that sounds dumb, but leggings/yoga pants are usually tighter fitting and the XL fit more like fitted pajama pants on my legs. I will say that if you pull them up too far you will have a camel toe. The seams are sewn very good, and I've worn these already for yard work and going for walks. The material is more like spandex, but a thick spandex. They're not knit, which is what I was looking for because I did not want them to piling up on the inner thigh. I was also concerned about them possibly being too long, again, I'm shorter, and they're the perfect length.I washed them just like the instructions on the tag recommended, and they did not lose shape or shrink or anything.All in all, I'm very happy with this find and will say to anyone who gets a tummy tuck to buy these. Please note that I no longer have any swelling in my abdomen. I had swelling for at least 2 months or more. Due to him strengthening/sewing my abdomen muscles, I think my core will get stronger the more I recover which means my waistline should get smaller, and I will still be on the hunt for jeans that fit that don't cost $150. LOL. I did buy some on Amazon that are like spandex/jean material, and they're my favorites so far. Rekucci Women's Secret Figure Premium Denim Bootcut Pull-on Jeans, size 14 regular, and they fit great! I bought 3 pair and plan on buying at least 2 more pair of these yoga pants!!!

UPDATE: the below review was for the white version of these pants. I also bought the "teal" and they were completely different in style, length and fit. Instead of having the more dramatic curve at the bottom, they were stove pipe from the crotch down, 2 inches shorter and bound in ways that made them ridiculous in Fit. The white ones fit perfectly and the teal ones did not. So I ordered the black ones and they are fine. Just like the white ones.I brought the white ones and a 70-something dancer can wear them without shame. They are thick enough, but not too thick and very flattering.I also bought the teal and the cut was completely different. They were so unacceptable in style, and the color was so muddy and ugly compared to the photo that I sent them back.

I’m pretty short (5’1) so it’s hard finding a pair of pants like this that are not too long on me. I loved that these came in a 29 inch because the length is perfect on me. It’s extremely flattering, the material and quality is really nice! Great for the price. My only complaint is the elastic on top does not cut really nicely when you’re sitting. It gets a little tight at times and it’s not really flattering. When you’re standing it looks incredible. Other than that these are great pants!

Very comfortable, very durable. Great value for the money. I love the feel of the material.

I love these flares so much I bought a second pair! Both pairs I got are black. The fabric is thick enough that it doesn’t show most dimples or lines in the skin of your legs/butt. I got the shortest inseam option and they actually fit my 5’1” height perfectly—this is always so tough to do with flares but these hit right! Can’t be beat for the price. I’ve washed them a few times and they’ve held up nicely so far. I don’t wear them to workout, but they’re thicker and less sheer than other pairs of leggings I wear regularly so they’re probably decently squat-proof.

I have purchased these pants multiple times. The first pair of black ones were amazing. Washed well, and had more of a wide leg look (not a bell bottom but a true boot cut). With that to go on I purchase green ones and another pair of black ones. The green ones, again, are great- thick, non see-through, good control panel, nice stretch, good shape.The second pair of black ones is completely different. The pants are shaped more like bell bottoms and are much smaller, despite being the same size. They are also a completely different fabric, which is very noticeable because it attract dog hair and will not let it go. I have one dog and these pants now hold 50% of her hair. I have lint rolled, washed, etc. nothing will help stop the collecting of hairs. The others do get hairs sticking to them occasionally, but they come off with a lint roller. I do not understand why this other pair is so different.If it weren’t for the second pair of black leggings, these would be a five star item but I can’t get over the difference and lack of uniformity from one purchase to the next.

I love the fit and fabric, it’s lightweight yet zero see-through. No front seam so no camel toe, allowing total comfort throughout my daily long walks. They are slimming and somewhat shaping, great cute fit

My 4th pair. They are good quality and fit nice. Wash well and last a long time.
