Great flavor, not too salty, good alone, or to add to soups and casseroles
Excellent and tasty soup mix, which I add to an existing soup for flavor without adding volume. Ordered a variety of these to use for different soups and casseroles. Great flavor and not too salty.

A hearty soup that's easy to make.
Leek soup is a favorite, but because of allergies, I cannot make it fresh. The powdered version eliminates whatever triggers my allergies, so I bought it often. It disappeared a couple of years ago from our local grocery. I was thrilled to find it on Amazon. Easy, quick, and hearty.

Makes the best spinach dip.
I use this for making spinach dip. The flavor is way better than their other flavors. I originally got the recipe off of a box of Bugles over 30 years ago, and it is still a crowd favorite that friends and family ask for again and again.

Soup Snob Approved.
We churn out our own organic broth. We are soup cooks. We do not eat processed foods. Okay. This packet of delish is 100% processed. But, look. The packet is pretty. It caught my eye, looking like the only other processed food we keep on hand: Knorr Hollandaise (make with milk, add butter and fresh lemon). I make my own leek soup, so Husband was skeptical. The Knorr Leek Soup is fast to make, tastes wonderful (use milk, some cream, and a few pats of butter), and dinner is on the table in seven minutes. We're running with scissors here: Processed soup for purists. Keep the blinds closed and enjoy. Winner!

We no longer are able to find this flavor in local stores. It makes the perfect sauce for poultry. Or a soup, thinned out, for when we are under the weather.
