They did a great job with the handles. They’re very soft and never feel like they’re digging into you hands. Its very comfortable to use and feels good on the skin because the bag when full is cool to the touch. Construction is solid and fill valve air and water tight. I wouldn’t slam it on concrete. But indoors on carpeted or smooth floors it should hold up fine. The nature of “moving” weight definitely adds another dimension to lifts. It got a little messy filling it up since i didnt have access to a hose. I took about 10 minutes of pouring water into it from a pitcher in my kitchen. Not something i want to do often but its nice to know i can simply dump the water out and fold it up. Big weight small footprint tucks away nicely when not in use.

Generally, I avoid resistance training, I find it boring but I look forward to using this! It’s a great product if you’re looking for a change or for something different than traditional resistance training. It’s easy to fill if you have a hose you can attach to a faucet. If you don’t, then you’re going to want a large pitcher or bucket and a funnel. You won’t be able to fill by simply holding under a faucet. Only thing keeping this at four instead of five is that I wish the product had water line marks that displayed the weight.

This is a solid piece of equipment and definitely military grade. I use this piece in my basement gym and have no issues with leaking or even fear of leaking. It has definitely added to my workout routine in a very good way.

We all know that in the age of COVID-19 weights are crazy expensive. This bag was a great cost efficient way to get some heavier weight in my home gym. Honestly I didn't even try to add air to it so I can't comment on that, but adding water is really easy and puts the bag right at 50lbs.As you can see in the picture I then added two 10lbs ankle weights for a total weight of 70lbs. The handles don't seem to be stretching at all and the bag is handling it like a champ. Highly recommend this product.

I’m loving the aqua bag!! I’ve been using it for over a week now and I must say that the quality and craftsmanship of this product are superb! Love the fact that you can use water instead of sand because your whole body is engaged in order to stabilize the shifting water. Great way to spice up your workouts. Otherwise, the bag is sturdy and easy to use. Definitely recommend it to anyone in the market for one.

Best water bag I’ve opened. I’ve owned a tidal tank as well as a few other brands of water bags. I love the material and how sturdy this bag becomes when it is inflated. Most bags tend to flex too much during exercise making it more difficult to ensure consistent form. This bag is extremely sturdy and rarely loses form.

Great 50 lb water bag. The handles are comfortable and have held through numerous uses. The valve is good quality and doesn't leak water, although I do store it leaning in a corner with the valve upright. Would buy again or similar item as a heavier bag.
