The comfort added comfort of an adjustable bed is magic. No longer having to stack pillows to incline yourself to read or raise your legs to stretch back is a godsend. The massage function is a vibration that rejuvenates the body on a macro level. There is not a targeted massage, get a chair or masseuse if that’s the goal. Night light works well if you are a night owl and don’t want overhead lights blinding you as you find your way to bed. The features you get are equaivlent to top Tempurpedic adjustable bases except no built-in sleep monitoring to adjust as you sleep to stop snoring. Additionally the range of incline isn’t as high as Tempurpedic but still close. The pricing gap beats those small differences. An extra few inches and snoring function isn’t worth an extra ~$1500. The remote is wireless and has backlighting for dark nights and the app works well. Enjoy!

I did quite a bit of research and struggled to select the adjustable base that was affordable and met my needs. I hesitated with this one due to the low number of reviews but I really wanted one that had integration with the mobile app as I am prone to misplacing remotes. First off the package is extremely heavy. I am a single lady, and managed to get the bed up the front porch stairs all by myself, with the assistance of tiedowns and a dolly. However in order to get the base to the second floor I had to disassemble the base into two parts. I removed the bolts at the hinges and hauled each piece up to my bedroom by myself. It was heavy and awkward but I managed without the dolly. I would recommend even with two people that you take it apart as it is extremely heavy. It took me a couple of hours to assemble this on my own, mostly because I had to fit it properly within my existing bedframe. Reassembling the base was not difficult, just a bit tedious and I wanted to make sure I got it right the first time since it was low to the ground. So far I absolutely love the frame. I do have back issues, however I don’t think I’ll be making much use of the massage feature edit as it basically just vibrates the mattress a bit. I do have an extremely heavy duty and thick mattress on the base, and it seems to handle it well. It’s especially important that you put the guard rails at the bottom end of the base to keep the mattress in place as it raises and lowers. If everything continues to work well, I think this has been an excellent purchase worth the price. I love the programmable settings, I only wish that they were built into the remote as well. But that’s about my only suggestion. The connectivity with the remote and app has been seamless. I also love the alarm feature to automatically raise and lower the bed at a set time.

We bought this adjustable frame after nights of research. We picked this one because it had all of the features we wanted and you could use an app with it. Setup was quick and easy, took 5-10 minutes to set up. Everything worked out of the box and we were good to go, or so we thought.We had ordered a Purple mattress for this bed but it had been delayed in shipping. It took almost an extra week for the bed to arrive, we had been using an air mattress on top of this frame while we waited. The mattress came in about a week and a half ago. Set it up, looks good. The foot of the bed no longer moved.Now, my boyfriend happens to be super handy. I had checked that night since he wasn't there all of the connections under the bed, unplugged it and plugged it back in. Nothing, the foot of the bed makes an audible noise from the control box but won't move. So I came on here to try and get support, it referred me to Inofia's website, which has an email address and a contact us form. I've emailed twice and used the contact us form 3 times. Nothing. I will be attempting to return this frame, I didn't keep the box so I guess we will see.Other complaints, the remote doesn't have all of the features, you have to go on the app to get the second memory button or the anti snore. The feet on the bed don't look the most sturdy either. Overall, disappointed and would not recommend this frame.UPDATE 3/23/21After this review was published Inofia sent me an email. They were very apologetic about not responding to any of my emails. They told me that they would refund my purchase and send me out a new control box. My refund was completed that week. They asked me to describe the issue in detail and I also had to show them a video of the bed not lifting. The new control box came yesterday and works great. This company is based out of China so their responses would come after I went to bed, I wish they had someone here during US business hours for responses. Overall, I'm happy with their fix of the problem but it shouldn't have taken a bad Amazon review to get their attention.

I love having this adjustable bed base under my mattress! It is quiet and operates smoothly to raise or lower either the head or feet or both. When you’ve been on your feet too long, it’s nice to easily elevate them, and the massage feature works well. Also, the pine and oak are pollenating here and no matter how many pillows I had in the past I would still wake up with a stuffy nose and headache. Ever since I’ve been sleeping with my head slightly elevated I no long wake up grabbing Kleenex and reaching for allergy meds! I got the base for my bad back, but it’s been worth it just for the allergy relief and better sleep.

The bed frame was delivered on time. Takes at least 2 people to assemble. Because it's very heavy but it was very easy to assemble. It functions as intended. All the bells and whistles for a reasonable price. I recommended it to my family.
