This gluten free bread is very easy to make, ready to eat in one hour. It can be made with buttermilk or apple cider vinegar. For an especially healthy bread make it with vinegar with the mother. This is a natural mix that is made in an 8 or 9 inch round pan. A non-stick muffin pan can also be used to make 12 soda bread muffins, simply apply non-stick spray then bake.
