This compression sleeve runs a bit large. I was close to the upper range of the Small measurements so I got a Medium. I could have gotten the Small and been happy with the fit. No complaints. It works well so I'm satisfied. It is comfortable. This comes as a pair. It is well made, not bulky. It is easy to put on and take off. It provides adequate support for a sprained knee. It holds heat for soothing relief but is breathable so you don't sweat underneath. The silicon grip at the top works very well. It keeps the sleeve in place. It doesn't ride up or bunch up behind the knee.

This brace has saved me from sudden, excruciating knee pain. Eventually I can push my knee joint back in, but can take up to 1/2 hr. to do so and meanwhile I'm stuck wherever I am. Can't move or bend my knee at all. My knee even when lying in bed will subluxate out of nowhere so I do wear it in bed overnight. Have found brace doesn't work for me at all if I put it on and wrap too tightly. A much looser wrap stays up, is so comfortable I forget its on and it works! Love the open back, too. Would not buy a brace without an open back.

The product itself is great. Very supportive and effective in easing the pain. The problem is the sizing. I measured a 17 so I ordered the medium and it is so tight around the upper part of my knee that my thigh creases over it a little which makes it uncomfortable above my knee after a couple of hours of use.

I love these. They give amazing support for when I'm walking a lot at work. They are comfortable and sometimes I forget I'm wearing them they help when I squat and my knees never get sore. They are very durable and somewhat breathable. A perfect fit as well.

When I ordered this Modvel Compression Knee Brace I had hopes that it might help a little with the pain I've been feeling in my knee. I did not have great expectations. But from the moment I pulled it into place it has been a Godsend. The pain is vastly reduced and feel more stable in that leg. I measured carefully, several times, to get the size right and that worked out well. The brace stays in place (I was worried it would slide down with activity, it doesn't) and the "tightness" feeling goes away quickly. I quickly get to where I almost forget I have it on, it's so comfortable. I am seriously impressed and am glad I bought it.

This Modvel knee brace changed my workouts! My old-man knees used to sound like Rice Krispies, but now they're stable and about 95% silent. The brace offers perfect support without restricting movement, making my workouts more effective. Modvel's customer service is equally impressive. I was between sizes, and their team quickly, efficiently, and respectfully facilitated a free replacement from Medium to Large. This outstanding support, combined with a fantastic product, makes Modvel a top recommendation.

Was hoping that this brace would give me some support for running and working out with weights. Initially I did the recommended measurements and the brace was too tight. I then bought the next size up, which fits well. This brace has quite a bit of compression/ support which makes it OK for support with lifting weights, maybe just a little stiff, but I feel it is too stiff to allow a smooth stride when running.

These have been great knee support sleeves! The fitment is exactly as described. They are extremely comfortable, offer wonderful support and compression all while being stylish and sporty. I am an Auto detailer and Window Tint installer, and I purchased these for a few reasons; I needed some knee support because I’m up and down all day. From a kneeling/squatting position, to standing with arms above my head. Much to my surprise, these have also helped my back after a long day. I would highly recommend these sleeves for the everyday service oriented professional, or anyone that is looking for a sleek, stylish knee support.

The knee supports are true to size and support well.

La qualita sembra buona e non metto in dubbio possano essere utilissime anche per la tendinite patellare che stavo avendo, ma le misure sono abbastanza fuorvianti, ho seguito la tabella andando per eccesso e preso la taglia relativa alle mie misure ed erano super strette, non riuscivo a tenerle su per più di 2 minuti. Peccato perché non c'era possibilità di sostituirle, solo di renderle, le avrei riprovate volentieri della taglia in piu.

not quite as tight as id have liked but under leggings it works doesn't fall down and nice fabric though!
