This product turned a once in a lifetime trip to buy a wedding dress with my daughter from a mess to a great time! I wrenched, not sprained, my ankle 6 days before the flight, had this delivered the next day, and RICEd like crazy and was basically fine by the time it came to leave. It is comfortable, durable, and easy to use.

These worked so well for my sprained ankle. I bought two so I always had one cold enough to use. They stay cold for a long time and you can flip it over and use the other side once the first side gets warm. I liked being able to tighten the straps where I needed it most. Amazing product. I would highly recommend for sprains or any injury in the foot or ankle area.

This ice wrap has been so helpful with my Achilles issues. It is comfortable and soft but I do wear a thin sock while using so I can get the ice therapy longer. If you have issues with ankles, instep, heels - this will likely provide some relief!

This item did not work for my particular situation but it might be fine for you. I needed this to provide ice relief for my ankle, and while it does cover the ankle area, I couldn't seem to get enough gel/liquid to freeze in that particular area of this wrap. It did a great job keeping my foot arch and lower calf nice and cool, but that isn't where I needed the cold relief. I did appreciate the soft lining and the long straps. It was very easy to put on and it stayed put. It appears to be very well made, not cheap at all.

I had a trimalleolar ankle fracture with a dislocation and significant swelling that I needed surgery for. Icing was essential to my recovery and this ankle ice wrap is by far the best out there. Very sturdy, comfortable, and well designed. The ice hits all key spots - bottom of my foot and all around the ankle. Very easy to put on and the Velcro straps are strong, easily adjusted, and hold everything in place. Fits almost like a boot with flexibility so it can accommodate all foot sizes and degree of ankle swelling. The gel packs inside are pliable and comfortable, contouring where they need to. I've never needed to go to the deeper cold option by wearing it inside out - the standard way with the softer part facing in was sufficient for me but I do like that you have options of standard and deeper cooling - I think that design feature is clever. I only have one complaint but it didn't lead me to lower my rating - I had ordered the 2-pack so I could tag team the pair but I was only sent one - Amazon kindly reimbursed me for the error and I ultimately did order an extra one. I also find this product to be reasonably priced given the quality of it - price is in line with any brace or higher-end ice pack and it's way better than a bag of frozen peas! Would strongly recommend this product!

This ice pack is the best! From ankle sprains to post ankle surgery recovery this ice pack is my go to for my ankles. Ive had it for almost 2 years now and it has held up super well. Really comfortable fit and ices all the right spots. I have smaller ones but they dont always cover as much of the ankle as I want. I also have knee ice packs from the same brand. Love their products - cant go wrong!

I really like the design of this ice wrap. It’s a comfortable material. I’ve experienced no leakage in the first couple days of use. The Velcro works well, but the thickness of the heel makes it a bit cumbersome. That being said, I had a pretty severe sprain and it provided immediate relief in seconds. However, I have pretty large feet (14), and unfortunately the way this pack is designed, it works BEST on LEFT feet, as I have swelling on the right side of my right foot that the pack just barely reaches and provides little to no contact. It would be great if they offered a mirrored version of this. Obviously, smaller feet probably don’t need to worry about it, but if it doesn’t completely overwrap itself, you’re going to have missing contact to parts of your right foot.
