An Amazing Book well suited for today and tomorrow
Such a wonderful book full of creativity and ideas that people should try especially those who are aiming to be the boss of their own businesses. When I first studied Marketing, the first thing my professor taught me was that there's no such thing as unsellable material. That's why this book I agree with almost everything that is written in this book. That to be able to sell something, you should first understand the current market like the back of your hand so you can find that loophole that would kickstart your sales and start attracting the attention of the public. This book is truly informative and a helpful guide for readers not only aiming to start their own businesses but also those who are interested in understanding the market even further especially during this pandemic.

The book of the moment!
Igniting sales EQ: Driving Sales Confidence During Uncertainty is a spectacular, fast-reading book written by Lance Tyson. The talented author came to tell us about how to manage and even how to improve our economy in a moment of uncertainty. Tyson wrote this book mainly to help us now that the rules have been changed by the pandemic. However, I believe that this book can help us thrive during any rough path. This book contains only 52 pages, which makes it perfect for an evening. What is even better is that the language used is simple and the ideas developed are easy to understand. I suggest you not to judge this book by the few pages it contains, because every word is worth reading.I strongly recommend this reader to entrepreneurs, young adults and those who want to adjust to this new world we are living in.

“A smooth sea has never made a skilled sailor."
Igniting Sales EQ: Driving Sales Confidence During Uncertainty by Lance Tyson is certainly a timely book for those companies whose profit margin and bottom-line depends upon sales. And, quite frankly, according to the author, that just about includes everybody. This is due to the assertion of the author in which he says, "One out nine Americans make their living in sales and the other eight of nine are involved somehow in some kind of business development role."Consequently, it would appear that everyone is somehow touched by the importance of the sales of consumer goods and products.Additionally, given the current health crisis around the globe, due to COVID 19, there has never been a better time to talk about emotional quotient as it deals with sales and this process of interacting with other individuals. Certainly COVID 19 has changed the dynamics of just about every aspect of life, both personally and in businesses, around the world. The actual book is a fresh approach to the art of being a salesperson and couples the importance of emotional quotient (EQ) in interacting with other humans and utilizing practical strategies in selling products to others. It is a short book, but is long on encouraging and teaching the building, retooling and reframing of the sales team. The author does this in powerful fashion by sharing his thoughts, the successes of others and challenging the sales managers and executives to train their sales team and have the team embrace the idea that their company is compiled by a "series of assets."Igniting Sales EQ: Driving Sales Confidence During Uncertainty by Lance Tyson should prove to be a valuable book in the library of every company. Indeed, quite possibly, a purchase for every member of the sales team. This due to the powerful teaching of the author in that despite the use of technology during turbulent and non-turbulent times, nothing can take the place of EQ (Emotional Quotient) when interacting with others especially in the art of sales.

Great Business Book in These Uncertain Times
Igniting Sales EQ: Driving Sales Confidence During Uncertainty by Lance Tyson is a short yet effective book. Getting his start in the business world, most notably working for the Dale Carnegie operation, Tyson learned what it takes to grow a sales organization from the ground up. This short book is motivational, timely, and provides the incentive and knowledge you need to improve your company and most importantly your sales volume. The iron bar example show just how powerful a positive attitude can affect your business on a day to day basis, and shows on a basic level how to utilize your sales force, with a focus on human to human sales operations. Highly recommend.

Interesting and useful book
“Igniting Sales EQ” is a very interesting book written by Lance Tyson. The author has an extensive career in sales and he has employed all his experience as the CEO of his own company to develop this useful work. He is also a coach and trainer and that ability to teach and guide can be perceived in each page. The reality we are living has translated into a decrease in sales and a detriment of trade and businesses at a worldwide scale. As the owner of a small shop, I found a much needed inspiration in this excellent book. Tyson explains in a very simple and easy to understand way how to manage a sales team successfully and how to adapt to the current pandemic times, without losing sight of the fact that business and sales are all about the people involved in them. A great book, I recommend it.
