After having this camera for about a week I highly recommend it.I needed something quick and reasonable to take care of my office at night, As we located in Santa Ana CA.The box includes everything you need, SD card, wall mount, screw and they even include a pair of tools for installation. Setup was a breeze. Point your smartphone camera at the QR code in the instruction booklet, install the app, create an account if you don’t already have one, and add a device. The app will guide you the rest of the way. The result of the camera is also great for both day and night. I can easily read the license plates.Motion detection is very efficient, It saves the footage on the cloud right after it detects any movement.Audio is also crisp and one can easily communicate both ways.

1) I could never get to a normal "setup page" where motion detection settings etc should be.2) Even though I clicked on Simcam Alloy as my device choice, the app insisted that I had chosen their Baby camera and kept asking for the name of the baby.

Video quality is great.Sound is meh.Software needs a bit of polish, but very usable.Only real huge complaint is that it just _forgets_ the NAS settings if it has difficulty uploading videos and never picks back up until you resetup the share and user/password. Should really just keep on trying.

At first the cameras very good but both cameras fail at about one year after installing. They both worked well for about a year. Both were in sheltered places out of the sun and direct weather.Their app for ipados was decent but would get confused a lot and after an update had a problem showing the image in landscape.Both cameras I bought showed real promise at first but both let me down within a year.

This is a good camera for those who want a low bandwidth usage camera that is accessible over the internet. I am getting mixed results retrieving data over the internet. Sometimes the App works well, other times it takes a long time (or times out) connecting to the camera. I don't think the fault is with the internet as other devices I access at this location don't have this kind of connection issues. Perhaps a software update will correct this and can improve the 3 star rating. The AI detection appears to work quite well.The wall mount also needs improvement. It uses tiny screws to fix the camera to the base - ridiculous given you might be doing this while on a ladder. I would also like the mount to be more flexible such that it could be mounted under an eave and still be pointed horizontally.

So I was looking for clear icon shows camera but I couldn’t find it,I ordered couple time but it was that clear,this Simcam alloy shows you very clear icon,it’s perfect for indoor and outdoor,I usually don’t write the reviews but this camera deserve it,it’s simple and easy to us and easy set up,just download simhome app,connect to WiFi,scan qr with cameras and it’s ready to use,I’ll definitely recommend this cameras

Company does not provide support and cameras are now useless. Never buy from this brand

I like how good the picture is , daytime and night. You can speak through the camera , which I like and listen. It was slightly hard to put together compared to the other cameras. Other than, no major complaints.
