E. Guittard Chocolate - "La Premiere Etoile" Semisweet Dark Chocolate Wafers for Baking and Eating, 58% Cocoa, Gold Bag, 2 Pounds

Purchased this product as recommended by Nick Malgeri. I am taking his class on Craftsy. I asked which Chocolate he used and he said this was his favorite. I LOVE it! It has a wondeful slightly vanilla back note. I have made Individual Volcano Cakes, Ganache, and even chocolate chunk cookies with this chocolate. Looking forward to actually tempering with it. Everything is better with this!
