I only use ice for low back pain. I know heat can relax muscles however it always gives me more inflammation. So I only use ice for low back pain. Keep it in freezer, good size, easy to pop it on

The strap is on the big side and might be too big for less than a 30” waist. The ability to walk about while the cold lessens the nerve pain and inflammation is great. I shouldn’t bought two of these so I can alternate while the other one is back in the freezer.

It's easy to put on, mine is for lower back pain. Too early days yet to say if it relieves the pain.I gave 5 stars because the packaging and it also having a storage pack is a real bonus.The velcro strap is very adjustable to fit various sizes as we all are.The jel pack itself seems very string and well made.

It was for a gift so not sure but it sounded good. Can be used hot or cold.

Works well for cold but not so great for warmth. I definitely prefer a hot water bottle for heat. Not heavy and conveniently fits around where needed
