Aids focus and stops the urge to snack
Tried this to aid my journey to ketosis and I'll say, it definitely worked as intended! I'm glad I tried the small pack, even though it was pricey, so I could get a good idea of how it works for me.The flavor is fine, but the aftertaste is gross. I pound the mix in 12 ounces of water in under 1.5 minutes and then immediately eat something or brush my teeth to get it out of my mouth. :)It's day 4 right now and I've been tracking metrics such as heart rate, ketone levels, and focus on a 30-minute basis. I've been tracking weight, body fat, and waist circumference daily to see what it would do. I'm also taking as directed for weight loss, twice per day.I'm not eating full low carb right now, but I'm staying under 75g per day, to give you some indication of what I'm eating. Most experts say you should be under 40g of carbs per day to maintain ketosis 100% of the time.In the 4 hours after I take Keto//OS 2.1 (Caffeine Free), my heart rate stays the same but I am MUCH more focused. I'm also thirstier (attributing that to the sodium levels in the Keto//OS) so I drink much more water. It is also MUCH easier to keep from snacking (particularly from boredom) during the time the ketones are higher. That, to me, is worth the price of admission just to stay within my calorie goals.When I take the Charged (caffeinated) version, I feel like my adrenaline goes up higher for about 3-3.5 hours after taking this supplement and I'm a little jittery. I don't experience that with the non-Charged version. Heart rate didn't increase on either version.My weight has gone down 2 lbs so far, but I didn't maintain sleep levels each night so I do think lack of sleep hindered additional weight loss. Body fat percentage fluctuated day to day. I read on the Keto//OS website that this is normal during the first week, particularly if you're not eating a very low carb diet (under 40 g). Waist circumference is down 1 inch so far.

Maybe it works maybe it does but bleh. I couldn't stomach the taste. Came packaged well with quick delivery though.

I’m disappointed that order wasn’t satisfactory!
I purchased 3 caffeine free Pruvit pure ketones. 2 are caffeine free and 1 is NOT. Also, the packet with caffeine is tattered and I wouldn’t consume it even if I could have caffeine. Disappointed!

This tastes exactly like a Creamsicle BUT the title says ‘No Caffeine’ but my packets were all the Charged version (with caffeine). I would’ve given 5 stars had the item I was mailed matched the title and description of the product. :(
