I am not of the younger generation my niece kill me from my younger track days since I started taking knees my knees still hurt but not nearly as bad as they did a hardly have any knee pain at all and I feel like my teeth that were super sensitive or not as sensitive anymore I was nervous about how big they were going to be but they are very easy to swallow they are gel and they’re not as big as what I thought they would be there’s no aftertaste at all and they don’t have an odor whatsoever I feel like what’s all the positive that I’ve experienced it is improving my bone Density not to mention I have insomnia and since I had started taking these I am sleeping better definitely will re-order love that it’s vegan friendly

During my pregnancy with my daughter two if my teeth ended up cracking. It was awful. Hoping this product helps me with the rest of my teeth! I also had been hearing alot of cracking lately in my knees, which has lessened in the week or so I've been taking them. The pills are easy to swallow. Not a tiny pill but still easy to swallow. No odor or after taste. No side effects either. I'd say give it a go if your looking to strengthen your joint, bones, and teeth!

I just recently began using this supplement, but I have already found some relief in my chronic knee pain! This product is tasteless, leaves no after-taste that I have noticed, and is very easy to swallow along with my daily multivitamin.For a busy corrections officer and mother, the seemingly sharper mind (cognitive, memory, etc.) I certainly an added benefit. I will most certainly adopt this product in to my daily supplement intake.

I'm so excited about these supplements! They're so easy to swallow, which I'm admittedly not always great about. They don't leave one of those gross tastes in your mouth [you all know what I mean there]. Having just got the product and can't speak to it's effectiveness as yet. I am looking forward to increased strength and mobility for my knees and joints in general. I initially ordered this to strengthen my teeth as I have always struggled in that area of my life. The reviews were high and so far they are easy to swallow without any lasting aftertaste!

It seems cheap, and dusty. I don’t know if I’m taking anything real. How long should it take to see or feel results. My bones still feel sore. It’s missing something to me personally, myb I need more time using it

The reason I got these was I go to the gym and hurt my knee and I had a weird discomfort every time I bent down. I searched for joint relieve and these popped up and since I have a hard time swallowing pills I saw the reviews and the capsules looked small. After trying them for a over a week my knee hardly hurts I sometimes still feel it but other days there’s no pain at all, and it helped with my bloody teeth after brushing as well. I highly recommend.
