I am a professional baker now (shh don’t tell my mum about this)
I can’t bake anything, I have some sort of blind spot when it comes to measurements, and instructions, and technique. I once grilled a cake. As a result I have tried every pre-mix going in an attempt to fool my mum that I am not a failure in the kitchen. Suffice to say they have all failed....most feel synthetic, too sugary and don’t rise.This mix is perfection.So easy to make, I didn’t even whisk it, just mixed it all together, and my banana bread came out absolutely perfect first time and tasted delicious. Properly delicious, like from the fancy coffee shop - light but firm, fluffy, the lot. My mum would be utterly convinced. Shame I can’t actually have her round to lie to her face.

I've struggled to make my own banana bread in the past - it never turns out quite the way I want so was super excited to find this mix online and... Oh My Goodness! It is AMAZing! Hassle-free and makes hmm hmm delicious banana bread with just the right consistency and moistness. Love it. Will be ordering more!

Best Banana Bread Ever!!!
We really loved this in our house. Was a real treat in lockdown and so easy to bake. Neither of us are bakers and it was so quick and easy to mix and bake. The taste is balanced, not too sweet and has a lovely cinnamon hint. We added some walnuts for crunch xxxx love love love it!!!

Gone Banana
Your Banana Bread is terrific!!. It is easy to make really tasty bread. It has become one of our favourites. I thought I would add other fruit and it is really very good. We take it with us when we return to our place on Skye and is a great treat with a cup of tea or coffee in the peace and quiet!!!.

Beware... You can't stop eating it once you start.
Love how easy it is to make delicious banana bread. The recommended 4 pieces of bananas might be too sweet for some. I've reduced it 2 3/4 or 3 and it's perfect. I bake it using my bread maker and bake it for 65 mins. Came out perfect!The taste is simply delicious and I literally can't stop eating it especially when it's fresh. Would recommend it to anyone who loves banana.

Best Banana Bread
Loved the look of this and bought both the original mix and the vegan one.Baked an original at the weekend and it was delicious. Tasty enough to eat plain.My friend had a buttered slice and one with honey...both delicious. Will definitely make more. Vegan one next.Dead easy to make too.

After hearing a lot about this banana bread mix I was keen to try it for myself and I was not disappointed - it really is as good as they say and so easy to make. Delicious hot or cold and one packet makes loads!
