Beautiful color! Perfect For a rusty look!
I saw beautiful pictures online but was skeptical if i could actually use it. It is super easy to use. This is NOT gel like, but very thin and watery. I was able to use a squeegie to move it around some though but had to move quickly to do that before it soaked in and dried. I did make some splashes but thats ok because we have to paint anyway. It is a good bit of product, but a little more pricey than other brands. It comes out yellow and gradually moves to a more rusty color. Blended beautifully with an acrylic paint mixture i made to create the green/blue color. I had quite a bit of stuck on glue left after removing old green carpet. I was hoping this might dye it a little but it doesn't so be aware of that. Excellent product! 5 out of 5. Am purchasing again to complete my entire hone & outdoor areas.

works great!
Black walnut, defiantly dark. If you're looking for dark brown almost black this is it. seems to continue working for hours after applying. results will be different on different types of concrete.

I had problems.
I don't know if this product reacted badly with the previous acid stain that I put on 10 years ago, but all sorts of problems occurred. White streaks and light with dark colors appeared after I did the final neutralizing. I had to reclean and used a water based product that covered and has worked well. I've been told by local suppliers that the acid stain can cause problems on older concrete and previous stained concrete.

Didn’t leave a lasting stain. Total joke.
After doing hours of research to find a product that I thought would work for my application, I bought and applied this product as directed to a freshly poured concrete pad (I actually waited 30-days after it was poured to be sure it was set). I applied it diluted first, and then went back and added more for color variation. I finalized it with a neutralizer. I followed all directions. I’m disappointed in the outcome because the color is slugging off like chalk to the point that even waking on it a week later is taking the color off down to the original concrete. It seems to have just left a chalky residue and the surface and didn’t permeate into the concrete. I’m going to have to strip all 600 sq ft and refinish with something else. So bummed to have wasted the money on this. I contacted the company about this before leaving my review to give them a chance to rectify the issue and they basically blew me off. I do not recommend using this product for any long lasting concrete coloring.

blotchy color rendition looks great
This is a great product if you like do-it-yourself projects. My wife and I were able to stain our new 1600 sq ft broomed concrete driveway in a day. We waited until the driveway was water cured and dried, about 3-4 weeks after pouring the concrete. Then we sprayed on, with a garden sprayer, a mixture of 1 part of Golden Sand and 2 parts of diluent CR-645. The driveway was neutralized with dilute ammonia after 1-2 hours and then washed off with a hose. After a few days the driveway was sealed by us by spraying on a DoT-approved silicate concrete sealer. And viola: the result was beautiful and water repellent, and we saved thousands of dollars doing it ourselves.

I stained a section of my patio
I stained a section my patio. Here is photo of before and after staining -and after staining and sealing. This stuff was easy to use. Just follow the direction. The hardest part was getting the carpet glue off after removing the carpet. Finally had to rent a floor sander. Not bad for a 75 yr old woman and 48 yr old concrete

Horrible Color and Doesn't go Far
I bought this stain to make up for the rest of the square footage I needed for my concrete walkway (I had purchase three bottles from another company, as well). My total project was 74 SF. I needed enough stain for another 40 SF. The description on this stain says it covers 13-63 SF. I figured this should cover somewhere in the middle of that. I was wrong! This 16 oz. bottle only covered about 13-15 SF! Subsequently, I ran out of stain and was forced to search far and wide to get more quickly (which wasn't quick enough) and had to buy 2 more gallons that I didn't need and that were different colors. Of course, adding stain to dry stain makes it impossible to blend colors and also removes other stain. Therefore, I have a horribly disgusting walkway that could win an ugly walkway contest in a heartbeat! Moreover, the color isn't even close to what you see on your computer screen. I got the Mountain Road which is supposed to look like a sort of beige with amber tones. It was dark brown. :(
