It was kind of hard to open the barrel to curl hair.

Only used once…
I literally only used this once and now it won’t turn on. Of course it’s past the return window so I’m just out of luck. It worked fine the one time I was able to use it. So disappointed…

I love this so much made my hair so cute and like a mermaid!!! I however didn’t realize you need to Wait for it to get to the temperature before you use it lol and I’m a cosmetologist so that’s saying something... maybe i should read instructions lol however i really hate the button placement i kept turning it off everytime i adjusted my hand to slide to tool down my hair it was driving me crazy but not something i couldn’t work around just bothered me but it was only when i did it one handed so call me talented lol but otherwise it great if worked great on my super oily(greasy hair) days it worked great on my thicker pieces(just wasn’t as wavy) or thinner it was great i loved it! I noticed i had my best results when i did the rule of thumb and took no thicker than the barrel sized pieces and it was great, especially if my hair was clean!!
