I would give it a 3.5. The company does not answer its email. The initial instructions are weak at best. I do laps in the pool so you can see how it will work on open water. You need to keep your head at a certain level or the snorkel will close. Looking straight down does now work for the position of the snorkel is the problem. The need an extension on the snorkel to give it more height and angel out of the water like a U extension. If you bend you head down a bit you will get water into the mask. There is no way to purge the water below the chin that come from leaks, condensation or saliva. Breathing is no problem but more cushion under the chin and on cheeks would be nice. After about 10 minutes you will have to take mask off tip it upside down so water goes to the snorkel and tip back again to empty. If you are going to use Gopro your only going to film the water surface until your dive. You do have full vision but on left and right more blurred do to the angle of the lens. The straps tend to loosen after a while so you need to check on how tight but remember not to tight for once you go in the water and take in air the suction will tighten on the mask. The major problems are not enough cushions in certain area and the snorkel angel and length all wrong. I would be willing to pay extra for the extension and U shape putting the snorkel higher in the water rather than just an inch maybe a bit more if you move your head down and cuts off your air. Sometime if your just a bit low for your viewing water will come even through the snorkel part. Wish the company would reach out to us to solve this and then they would have a 5 star product

You can't "clear" to dive down below the surface. So it give you an amazing view, but you're not going down with it.

Mask was affordable, functional and most importantly fit great on a small adult head.

Works well for snorkeling. You would get surprised at times when the air passage shuts when mask gets fully submerge in water. But it works.The only issue I have is that you need to hold at tines when jumping in the water. The mask can get dislodged, so you need to hold it when jumping in the water. But other than that, it's a good buy for me.

Learning how to swim and the mask is comfortable and it works.
