Incredibly crisp clear picture
This is a great 27 inch monitor. I don't game, so I can't rate it for that. I just wanted a bigger screen for regular work and internet. I tried a 7 inch 1080p monitor, but colors were washed out and text was a bit fuzzy with the larger pixels. Not this monitor! Everything is incredibly crisp and clear. The contrast is excellent with deep blacks. The pixels are small though, so all text comes out very small, like 8 pt. I don't know how to set the default to display at 130%, so I often need to zoom the display in email or MS Office windows, but that's the tradeoff for having a larger screen where I can work in several windows at the same time.

Amazing deal.
I got 2 of these for $230 each. I did not have high hopes.I was wrong. They are perfect upgrades, true 1440p 144hz 27". They work great, the power cable is super long. the DP cable isnt, which is ok. It was 230.The ONLY downside at this point, is that one of the mounts had a little plastic melt onto the metal spike it mounted too, so i had to scrape that off to get it to fit. Other than, 100% perfect, would recommend.

Best value 144hz at the time of purchase
Pretty good monitor and the best value for high refresh rate 1440p at the moment unless you're willing to brave the murky depths of the secondhand market.Pros-Great contrast with deep inky blacks and little noticeable backlight bleed outside of a blank black screen-zero dead or stuck pixels on my unit-Fast response time did a slow mo comparison with my 32 inch high refresh rate LG and it was within 1~2 frames faster or slower in my tests-pretty solid color performance with good depth and no noticeable banding or clipping once you get it dialed in, more on that in a bit-surprisingly good included stand with a nice amount of adjustmentCons- the stock settings were abysmal at first I was sure I'd made a horrible mistake in buying this everything was murky dim and green tinted but after about an hour of calibration I sorted it out and was pretty satisfied- this is NOT proper HDR at most it seems to be 250~300 nits do yourself a favor and keep HDR off, turning it on will only make your games and Netflix look significantly worse if HDR is a must you have to spend a few hundred more on ether a high end monitor or mid range TV- and of course the ever present bane of the VA panel, motion blur, while it's far from the worst I've seen and it's easy to forget about once you get going it nevertheless is present and I feel the overdrive could have been implemented slightly better in comparison to my admittedly significantly more expensive LG.Over all I'm satisfied with this piece of kit and as long as it remains the least expensive option i can definitely recommend it

My third DecoGear Monitor
I love these monitors! I have 2 35" and bought this 27" and they all look and work amazing! I have no complaints at all! if you are on the fence about these get off of it and buy these. Easy to assemble and work perfect with aftermarket arm mounts!

Quality picture is not the best
Gave me a hard time setting it up , the picture quality isn’t that good thought it supported more than 1080p , overall it’s a decent and it runs well with 120hz.

Great monitor for the price
It DOES have the built in crossbar for shooting games, however it's hard to figure out how to get it up on the screen.

Not what I was looking for, and glitchy
I was looking to upgrade a really good Dell 27" (1920 x 1080) with a 4k Monitor; I use the monitor with both a Windows and Macbook Pro, using HDMI. The Dell display is crisp and bright, with no flickering or dead pixels. But I'm looking for more screen resolution, esp with the Macbook.First, putting this together was not smooth: the screws holes that attach it to the stand were not aligned precisely and took a bit of strength and fiddling to get attached. Also, where the cables attach is up under a panel and rather difficult to get at without laying the monitor on its face, so swapping cables is a pain. This was my first experience with a curved monitor, and while I only used it for a week, I can't say it offered any benefit that I could see, sitting about 3' or 4' away. But that may be a personal preference. I'm not gaming, this is purely music software, and web development and work. The real problem is the display was the Windows 7 display was fuzzy and dark, and I still had a resolution of 1920 x 1040. I bought a new video card to make sure it wasn't the mainboard integrated video -- it wasn't. The OS only saw the monitor as a generic PnP. My plan was to upgrade to Windows10 to see if that would help but I ended up sending it back before I finished that. And with the Macbook it was just too dark. I spent sometime with the monitors controls to see if I could improve the display, but it just wasn't crisp enough to match the Macbook screen. And while the increased screen resolution was nice but it was really noticeable when moving between screens how much dark and less crisp this monitor was. Then during a long day of work, using the Macbook, the monitor started glitching. Just split second blinks. At first I wasn't sure whether it was just something I caught out of the corner of my eye, but after a few hours with it it definitely was happening. Quick intermittent flashes. I think there might have even been a few where there was some static on the bottom of the screen. At the end of the day I immediate packed it back up for return.

Great quality and picture even after 6 months. I want a second one to match
Been blown away by this monitor so had to write a nice review. I'm considering getting a second one simply so my dual monitors match.
