Gerry Basecamp Jacket

My favorite jacket. I gave away my old one to someone in need. Bought it at Costco. Then when fall clothing rolled in I kept looking for it. They didn’t stock it so I found it here. I got complements on it all the time. I like the material, pockets, although no inside pockets. The inner lining keeps you warm, the outer shell will keep you dry but I don’t think it’s fully waterproof. It blocks the wind very well and keeps you warm. Never stood in the rain long enough lol. No hood, so you can wear a lightweight hoodie under it. It’s a little large in the sleeves but tight around the waistline because I’m an expanding over 50. Pull lock strings to tighten to keep wind out. I live in California so I don’t know how this would hold up in colder weather.

This jacket is literally heavy. The fabric is weighty and holds its shape very well. Much warmer than you would imagine and the fit is very flattering on a slim man. The sleeves are cut long so may have to order a smaller size if your a shorter person. Medium looks great on my 5’11” (160 pound) husband.

I absolutely love this jacket! First Gerry jackets are very warm to start with! Second it looks great! And last the price was right!

Very nice jacket, true fit

My boyfriend bought this coat at Costco a few years ago and I love it. I'm always wearing his, so I wanted one for myself. I ordered a medium and it was too large. I tried to order a small, but they don't carry a small (or a ladies version). Overall it is a very warm and comfortable jacket

Very warm and looks great

I really like this coat as it seems very well made, especially for the price. The knit is quite soft and the fleece inside is thick and plush. A word of caution though is that it runs very large! I’d order minimum one size down, if not two.
