what is the spacing on the grid?

Looks like about 3/8" spacing. Love this cooling rack for baking bacon, chicken tenders, and dehyrating foods in a low oven. I may get a second one.

Will the 10x15" size fit into a cookie sheet that is 10x15

The answer to your question depends on whether your measurements for the cookie sheet are inside dimensions or outside dimensions. Obviously if they are OUTSIDE dimensions, another object with the same OUTSIDE dimensions will not fit INSIDE the pan. I use my rack in a baker's half sheet pan and it fits perfectly. The outside dimensions of a baker's half sheep pan are 17.88 x 12.88 inches. The inside dimensions are 16.5 x 11.38 inches.
