Age has made me lactose intolerant and I have a love hate relationship with eating out in general. Sometimes I get an upset stomach and I have no clue why after eating at a restaurant. When it comes to the lactase, it has less than lactaid so on the rare occasion I eat real ice cream I take 2. Life extension brand has always been good to me so I’ll keep buying their products.
