No more squeezing lemons! I can't tell you how this powder has changed my life. I've nearly tripled my water consumption and no more half-squeezed lemons to toss. Lemon water all day long, in my gym bottles, and a sprinkle in my tea. There are two other products just like this one on amazon that I have tried, as they were cheaper — don't do it! The one in the can tastes like it's straight-up citric acid (or like the lemon juice in those little plastic lemons, yuck!) and the other is so mild that it's hardly lemon at all. I've mixed the two bad ones and now use them in baking — waste not! I'd been even more over the moon if they did one in Meyer lemon :-)

This stuff is amazing! So versatile. I use it in anything that calls for lemon juice. LOVE it!

This is terrible! I use the Lime Juice Powder to make Limeade. I am pretty sure that this is made with the lime skin, as well as the limb it grew on. I thought it was my water at first, it tasted moldy. No. it is the powder. I have purchased other lime powders and sometimes found some of them not to dissolve well, but I have never tasted anything like this. Yuck!

I was thrilled not to have to juice anymore GMO limes, however, I didn't take into account this product includes the peels too. I'm not a fan of the taste, but easy to stir into my water. Very little clumping.

Provides great digestive enzymes. Adds a great taste to any smoothie.

Much better taste than other organic pineapple juice powders.

Not much flavor

I gave this a try because it is organic and my kids have been loving other lime powders in their drinks and foods. But this just does not have much of any flavor in comparison. The 'original' alternative powder can flavor 16oz of water with about a teaspoon; whereas this organic product needs closer to 2-3 tablespoons to reach an adequate strength (though less appealing taste, in my opinion).
