Okay, so I have only used this once so far but I have to say it is really enjoyable to use. It was so easy to set up, it took about 7 minutes from the time I opened it until it was ready to use. I found myself working out longer than I had expected since it was so much fun. Even the sound of the water was enjoyable!I enjoyed the versatility of the aqua bag allowing me to do some very functional exercises. I really like that it is so easily adjustable based upon the amount of water and there are two sets of straps to vary hand positions. It was also a lot more comfortable that I expected since you can adjust how much to inflate the bag.The whole thing feels well made. I guess we will see how well it holds up to rigorous exercise for the long-term but I think it will do pretty well if it is not abused.The one thing I would say about the straps is that they are pretty wide and initially I thought they would not be comfortable for my small hands but I seemed to manage well and without problems.All in all, a really fun addition to my home gym and I am looking forward to using it frequently!

This water bag is serious business. I bought this for my daughter to use for training. She is a serious athlete in basketball volleyball and track and field. It helps not only with strength but agility and control.

This product saved me from barehand workout. Due to the pandemic, all gyms are closed. Without extra weight, I cannot effectively train my hip and leg. This water bag definitely gives you freedom to choose how much weight to put on you when you workout. It’s durable. More importantly, when you are done, you can easily deflated it, fold it, and put it away. It is very friendly to people with a small apartment like me.

A good product for weight and stability training, the 30kg is a bit too big for me but a good size for my husband. Had it for over 3 weeks, used it for 2 times/week. Very sturdy and good at-home training tool.

this item is not bad. Helps me save time from going to the gym . And I like the feel of water rolling in this transparent item. Very refreshing. It’s just need some skill to put the water in. But everything else is good
