A very good buy. The charger is not so good and it had MINOR scratches but otherwise there’s no other problem. Battery is also really good.

This was a GREAT product. The band had a crack in it and when we tried to remove it to return the watch - WHICH I AM ONLY RETURNING BECAUSE MY HUSBAND REFUSES TO ENJOY TECH - the band completely came apart. I think it was a flaw in the band’s manufacture. That has nothing to do with this refurbished product. The watch is EXCELLENT. It had no scratches, no issues at all. I wish my husband would step into the 21st century. But he won’t. Not the fault of the company that refurbished this watch. Wonder if they sell upgrades for old husband brains….

No Damage but faulty
The cosmetic condition of the Watch was exactly as described. No scratches and no visible wear and tear. It was like new as described. My first problem was the charger stopped working after about a week. No biggie, order a couple off Amazon and went about my life. Then I realized that it would not make calls, they failed every time. Then when it would ring, I would try to answer the call on my watch and it would instantly freeze, then say ‘call failed’ yet my actual cell phone would still be ringing. It will also not send text messages, every time I try to send a message using the watch, it always fails and never syncs with my iPhone. I mostly needed this to track sleep and answer calls and text so I don’t have to keep my phone on me 24/7 (I work a job where I have to take calls 24/7). I will be returning it as it doesn’t do 2/3 of what I need it for. It is very unfortunate, as the watch is in great condition and reasonably priced. Originally I had given it 2 stars, because it was cosmetically as described, the problems were with the functioning. I am having to return the watch and having to pay for shipping to return the watch. Which doesn't amount to much, I just feel I shouldn't be out of pocket anything when it wasn't my fault that the watch was faulty.

Great watch came in great condition
Was a little wary because I never bought Amazon refurbished before but I really didn’t need the most expensive and latest Apple Watch coming from Fitbit. Fitbit has totally changed everything and made it worse so I’m glad I switched to this watch. Works perfectly. The only complaint is the watch band did not work but I got my own at Marshall’s for 2 bucks so another big money saver. I only spent 190 on this versus the new ones at 349. I might upgrade in a couple years but this serves my purposes for now (fitness and health) very happy with this purchase this buyer and surprised honestly Also this order came a day early so there’s that. The battery life kinda sucks compared to Fitbit but I kind of expected that. Update 2024. Great watch, still works amazingly and I’m planning to buy a new MacBook Pro from Amazon renewed. So happy was able to save money and the product works like new and looks brand new. Thank you Amazon and the seller is excellent. :)

Do not drop it!
Love it..just don’t drop it! I don’t realize how fragile these watches are. So sad it shattered . (MY FAULT)..just a warning. Less expensive to buy a new one than to have face replaced!

Great for health tracking!
Love this! I began hiking and working out more and this works perfectly to monitor my workouts without having to set anything up. The iPhone apps automatically work with this to track my workouts as well as my heart rate, pace, height climbed, sleep statistics, and many more health related measurements. Makes it easier to work out when I can see graphs of my progress and know I'm improving.
