This was a great set for the money. The banner was fantastic and in fact everything in the package was fantastic and great quality. The only reason I took off a star was because the "0" of the "40" large balloons was defective and would not inflate. Everything else inflated fine but that one just wouldn't hold air which was a bit of a bummer. Otherwise though - it was totally worth it still. The plates etc... everyone loved them and they were not cheaply made. I think I just ended up with one dud balloon which I'm not sure if that is even the seller's fault.

The 40 foil balloons popped while being blown up

This pack included everything we needed to throw a surprise party for our son's 40th birthday. Balloons, tablecloth, hanging decorations, and plates, cups, plasticware and napkins were all of good quality. Buying it in a pre-packaged set was much easier for us than running all over town trying to find appropriate supplies. Definitely worth the price, and shipping was incredibly fast, too.

Pieces broke too easily during set up
